"The service staff is friendly and the precautions are clearly explained.
The location is close to the train station, about 10 minutes walk. This time I stayed in Building B. I originally thought it was the same accommodation as in the photo, but the facilities were generally clean. Except for the problem that the water temperature in the bathroom was sometimes cold, the overall experience was good."

"It's a very artistic B&B. The rooms are nice and clean. When I checked in, the landlady was not there and she was very careful to tell me how to unlock the door. The instructions were detailed. When I returned to the B&B in the evening, I saw the hostess and chatted with me. It turned out that this was just opened not long ago. B&B. I often visit Taitung and will choose to stay there next time. I will also introduce it to my friends."

"I went to Taitung temporarily to find accommodation the night before, and I felt super lucky to book this room by mistake!

I used to book a girl's backpack room. This time it was too temporary. There were only mixed beds. The mixed room had 16 beds. It was divided into two floors (middle floor). Although there were many beds, the bed was wide and there was no crowded oppression. The boss also tried his best to arrange the girls on the upper floor. It was very intimate.

GGuest UserWe live in a quadruple room, clean and comfortable, the room and the bathroom are quite large, there are many sockets, there is a round table and hanger and even a dehumidifier, there are instant noodles, egg toast jam and black tea wheat tea coffee can be made by yourself, the first floor space is also very comfortable, I like it very much!

LLiThe hotel is clean and in a good location. There are many places to eat outside and it's not far to walk. It's just that the sound insulation is really not very good.
There are water dispensers on every floor, and you can drink ice water! It’s really needed in Taitung (bonus points)! ! The water is quite delicious.
There are free bicycles you can borrow, which is very convenient for people who don’t have transportation to travel alone. It saves money and effort. You can ride to the beach or go around to see the scenery.
It is recommended that the bicycle be inspected regularly, especially the chain and brake pads. The one I borrowed was in a serious condition of rust and wear. For safety reasons, it is better to check it again before riding.

GGuest UserRemember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. On the plus side, the towels didn't have that typical musty smell you sometimes get at other hotels – a definite bonus! However, be aware that the shower area is only separated from the bed by a curtain, and the bathroom door is transparent. This setup offers very little privacy, so it's probably best suited for couples. The air conditioning was powerful and kept the room very comfortable. Lastly, you should know that there's noise from fighter jets taking off and landing nearby. If you're sensitive to sound, this might not be the right place for you.

GGuest UserThe location is great, near Tiehua Village. The hotel doesn't have parking, but there's a public underground parking garage nearby that's affordable and very convenient.
It's a newly renovated hotel, and the elevator is still covered. The hallways still have a slight odor (though not in the room). The rooms are brand new, with a large TV and bidet. Some of the decor was dusty, but for a price over 1,000 yuan, these issues are negligible.

1. Lots of mosquitoes! Remember to bring mosquito repellent (I'm afraid of getting my whole body or butt splattered even when going to the bathroom).
Importantly: Mosquito repellent is essential.
2. Severe western exposure (it gets hotter in the afternoon).
3. Very close to Chaikou (for swimming and diving).
4. Green Island Prison is nearby.
Best of all, there's a 24-hour mini-bar. Includes a water dispenser, coffee machine, refrigerator, and more.

IIrvineMom820Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost.
The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable.
The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay.
The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time.
The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi.
The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated.
Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services.

Shared room (female only) is huge, with in room bathroom, sinks and fridge.
Clean and comfortable.
It's a staffless hostel so self check in and check out, you're never going to meet staff, there's no key to the locker, you need to go to another address on the same road to get it.
The bathroom is a semi-wet one, not ideal for a six people room in my opinion but still not a problem for a budget room.
I would stay again.

LLuozhengxianAs a family traveling with young children, this hotel provided a great stay. The spacious and comfortable room provides our family with enough space for our children to play. The hotel's breakfast options are rich and varied. However, the only fly in the ointment is the lighting design of the air conditioning control panel in the room. After the lights are turned off at night, these lights appear too bright, which causes some trouble for children who need to fall asleep in a dark environment. If the hotel can improve this small problem, I believe the accommodation experience will be even more perfect.

TtwinkleracI had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel.
There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant.
Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on.
Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another.
In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

But there are a few things to improve, please refer to
1. Before the trip, I received a call to change the room type. One big bed, two small beds, and immediately responded no problem, but on the day of check-in, I felt very strange when I entered. Why is the room window small and dark? The response is to the counter at the moment. I actually said that I have confirmed that I have agreed to change it, but it is obviously not in line with the photo. Especially the price specially selected a higher room type, it should be the same price premise, change the room type of two small beds is normal logic, and later changed to a four-person room with large windows.
2. The check-in confirmation fee is said to be that the card has not been paid, but the card has been paid, but trip.com app shows that it has been paid. This seems to feel bad. If the counter card is brushed again at the time, it will not be repeated. This seems to be controlled. There are loopholes, it is easy to cause disputes after the event, and it is not careless.
3. The shower room in the bathroom in the room, only the glass isolation washbasin of 1/4, the wash basin plate is sprayed wet after the shower, there should be a glass sliding door, or a shower curtain separated, so that the floor outside will not be splashed when showering.
4. Because the event ended at noon, it was necessary to postpone the check-out. I also knew that 200/hour would be charged. I had to notify the counter that morning, but after I went back, I found that the original room card had been invalid and could not be used. There was obviously a gap in the information transmission of the internal personnel.
5. There is an additional 100/person for breakfast at check-in, but in fact, I went to eat, but found that no one asked the room number, whether you can also eat without paying the fee. If you add breakfast to the price, you may avoid misunderstanding, or you can actually pay for confirmation before you can eat.
