The hotel room wasnt 100% clean and the bathroom was quite bad, broken tiles and not clean. The amenities were okay but not the best and does not feel clean. Not what you would expect from a 5* resort.

Horrendous! I spent 10 days with my daughter in this hotel honestly it was the most unpleasant experience we had, to start with the cleanliness of the room dirty carpet and beddings, also the pool was very dirty and full of vomit, also very very expensive meals that taste like ****. We’ve spent so much money on food that we wasn’t eating, to make it worse the hotel is in the middle of no where so no food deliveries getting delivered there. Also you need to have a car. I had to leave and go to Airbnb got nice apartment in the central of the city there where I’ve enjoyed my holiday.

Stayed at Hilton Tangier Al Houara Resort & Spa for a few days — honestly a great experience. The place is huge, really clean, with a relaxing vibe. Rooms are spacious with a nice modern feel. Loved the pool and the beach access. Breakfast had plenty of options, everything fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful without being too much. It’s a bit outside the city, so perfect if you want quiet and nature around you. Definitely one of the better resorts in Tangier — I’d come back for sure.

Beautiful hotel, amazing pool, delicious variety of breakfast, overpriced lunch, but be-aware that this hotel is on the outskirts of Tangier, so very far from the centre about 1 hour drive if your lucky with the traffic! also if you don’t have a car then this hotel is not suitable for you, as medina taxis don’t come here, it cost £35 for a vip taxi from the hotel and that’s expensive.

Nice suit

I read the reviews before coming here, and I came to check in with great trepidation, but in fact, I felt good. First of all, the check-in was very smooth. Someone opened the car door to take the luggage and sent us to the room. The room was relatively new and clean. There were hand soap, shampoo, and slippers. The towels were a bit old, but I'm used to it. The view was good. It might be because it was under maintenance during the off-season, so the beach and swimming pool (only one was open) outside the door looked shabby. The facilities were more family-friendly, and I didn't participate in the others. The food supply, I had two meals included, and I felt it was quite rich, so I could give it 4.5 points. Especially for breakfast, Noussair Ait bouhsain was very enthusiastic and attentive, recommended and introduced the dishes, asked us to take a video of pouring tea, and took pictures for us. The guy was good, and the other waiters were good. They closed the door very quickly and had work in their eyes! What are the negative reviews: There was no hair dryer in the room. I asked for it for a long time but it didn't come. I went to the front desk to urge it myself, and when it finally came, my hair was dry. There were no hangers or trash cans in the room, and I don't know how to put them in the room. When I checked out, I was asked to pay for dinner for no apparent reason. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to pay for dinner (I had already spent some time trying to figure out how to pay for dinner). When I was about to leave, the network crashed again when I tried to refund the deposit...haha

A person in reception not professional

Not good at all: Rooms were fully prepaid with credit card upon booking (one-night stopover). After I declined an additional guarantee deposit on my credit card, we were asked to pay a deposit of approximately €40 for the pool towels. Not 5*-like. The hotel facilities in the rooms and entrance area were okay, but extremely loud music played by the pool and in the courtyard for hours, and the food at the hotel beach bar was not appropriate for the hotel category. Overall impression more like 3-4*. We've been in the country for 3 weeks, and neither typical Moroccan hospitality nor the usual standards of an international hotel chain are evident. Update: The chaos with Hilton continues the next day. I demand confirmation of the guarantee deposit cancellation. The reception staff tries in vain to process this. The people in charge seem completely overwhelmed, rebooting the two available readers, removing and replacing the batteries, and three of them frantically pressing buttons on the devices. Ultimately, to no avail; they say there's a technical communication problem. I leave after about 15 minutes and request my credit card back. NOTE TO HILTON MANAGEMENT: IF THE AMOUNT IS ILLEGALLY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD, THERE WILL BE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES FOR HILTON!

Upon arrival last night around 1:00 in the morning, the unprofessional night receptionist was rude and thought he was the owner of the hotel. Then I arrived in the deluxe suite and discovered cockroaches and crickets (صرصور الليل) a whole family in the suite under the bed and the bedroom carpets impossible to sleep with their unbearable noise then I called the reception it took 1 hour to change my room the change of. Room done at 5:00 in the morning with several reminders because the night receptionist does it on purpose and also. In addition I am a regular customer and I regret having come last night. In addition to everything that happened to us last night I asked my awake to have breakfast and told me no so I asked to pay even 2000dh for my breakfast, the answer is shocking even the managers and managers of this hotel incomprehensible and incompetent each agent makes his own law in this establishment. Even my friends arrived with me last night regretting this stay. I give this hotel 1 star 🌟 The receptionist of this night he spoke to my Guests very badly. So much so the security guard prayed for our defense because the way of our check-in went very badly. Had a very bad stay everyone does their job at least

Great experience overall. A catering staff with care especially Jalal who was friendly and helpful. There is a lack of activities for horse riding, quad biking, padel tennis... You have to fill the time with other outings.

Disappointed

Good morning, This is the 2nd time we have booked at this hotel, unfortunately the latter lacks many things regarding a 5 star hotel. Not competent staff, poor reception service, a lot of waiting, poorly educated restaurant staff (we hear insults between the staff with bad words, so no respect for hotel guests). Towel service the same, they have instructions not to provide towels if the customer does not have their towel card, whereas during the check-in at reception no one gave us cards for the towels. Food remains to be desired
