Good location. Walk-in distance to two-lines metro station. The breakfast is the most humble one I ever had in my entire life! Having booked a 3-night stay, but no cleaning service at all!

This is a budget hotel. Overall it is good. But I felt the staff needed to be a little more cooperative.They will turn off the AC after 11 pm😃

The hotel was very dirty and all the staff were rude, the bright-eyed lady at the reception was very rude Cockroaches and lizards are seen everywhere

This was the cheapest hotel I could find on trip.com. So, I did not have much expectation. The old guy at the reception was rude. Staff were not so helping.

I had made a reservation 3-4 months in advance for October 4 at this hotel and paid in advance. However, due to the political situation that developed at the beginning of October, I asked for a refund because it was dangerous to go to Iran. Trip.com was an intermediary in this regard, but the hotel did not refund the money. Even Pegasus airline has already canceled the flight. They did not try to remedy this victimization or provide a full or partial refund.

Hotel location was in good place, however the service was zero and staff in reception was not professional, I had travel to airport on 4 A.M, I ask from reception one night before for taxi and he took 600 from me to order a taxi, he called just to a person which was not a taxi and looking like snapp and it was very old car not a taxi and he would pay to driver around 2500 and keep rest with himself. So if a person is not familiar, instead of helping they just try to make him fool and take his money.

Good but only problem the gas because room is on the street get all gases.

I reviewed all the comments and many of them talked about the hotel not being good because they were looking for cheap. I mean, what do you think? The hotel is five stars and you pay $15 a day. This is not true. I did not talk about the hotel in a bad way because I was also looking for cheapness and this was important, but for me and for those who came before me who stayed in the hotel.
