Very short distance to airport. Hotel service are great, the staffs is very accommodating. Request for late check-out as our flight is at 3pm. Used the shuttle service to airport. All in all great hotel for our short stay in Alor Setar!

Very nice hotel, clean, fragrant and the staff service is very friendly. I was very comfortable and happy during my stay at this hotel. Drop off service to the airport is also provided which is very convenient for me and my friends who board the flight as early as 8 am. The food is also very delicious. Thank you Raia Hotel.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of choices. There's also a cafe perfect for enjoying coffee and conversation. Bank Islam and Bank Rakyat ATMs are conveniently located near the hotel. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the airport.

So far so good ... receptionist OK, bag service OK, clean hotel, breakfast OK, spacious car parking, spacious room, swimming pool is comfortable for children and adults ... there is no emphasis on this thing .. everything else is perfect ... good job 👍

Overall, everything was okay. The only minor inconveniences were that the parking was quite a distance away, which was a bit of a hassle, especially since it was raining. Additionally, there was no Astro signal, so I couldn't watch the live EPL match.

It's close to Mydin, but the downside was the mosquitoes at night. The iron in the room was broken, though they did replace it when I asked. The prayer mat was disgustingly musty; the smell was so strong it was really off-putting. On our last day, the bathroom ceiling suddenly came loose. It made me so scared to shower, it felt like I was being watched. This will probably be my first and last stay here... 😞

Absolutely excellent, it truly didn't disappoint. This is one of the best hotels in Alor Star. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip, and it will be my go-to choice for future visits. (Note: The photo is unrelated.)

The hotel is convenient for the airport but quite far from the city unless you have a car.Room was very dark the air con was very poor the bed sheets had stains and looked dirty.The bathroom had mould and hair on the floor from previous guest and the room safe didn't works Complained to the front desk but they didn't do anything and charged me tourist tax which I had already paid with my online booking. The buffet breakfast was a free for all with hardly any seats and it was like a farm yard.
