I booked a two bed room because my brother was going to stay with me. They asked me for an extra 5000 yen a night to have a guest in a two bed room! To make it worse, he never came and they didn't give me a refund. Unacceptable practice.

I had a wonderfully comfortable stay here. The place offered excellent value for money, the facilities were spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly – a huge plus was that some could even speak Korean! I would absolutely love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
