"The location is close to the center of the university town. It is a separate house. The room is relatively small, like a student dormitory. There is no commercial facilities when you go out. It takes10-15 minutes to walk down the slope. There is no hotel breakfast, but hot water and tea and coffee are provided."

"The hotel environment is very good, the rooms are spacious and there is a kitchen to do it yourself. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I have the opportunity to come to Ithaca. The only bad thing is that the sound insulation is average. I can hear the sound of cars on the road and the sound of footsteps outside the door, but it is not a problem for me and I feel comfortable living. This hotel offers a free breakfast, so you don't need to choose a breakfast-included rate when ordering at Ctrip. The hotel offers free parking and is ten minutes away from Cornell University."

"The hotel room is old but the space is very comfortable and the transportation is convenient. It is a pedestrian street downstairs. It is 6 minutes drive from Cornell University. The hotel parking lot is free. You can go to the front desk to get a small ticket every day. You can also book airport and school pick-up services for free, remember to tip."

"I went to Cornell University and chose this hotel in the center of the town and drove to Cornell for 10 minutes. The hotel room is very spacious and has hair dryer, electric iron, coffee machine. The bed in the twin room is 1.5 meters, which is quite good. The height of the mattress and pillows is good. It is quite comfortable to sleep. Overall very satisfied with such a comfortable hotel in Ithaca."

"Right next to the airport, it's less than 10 minutes' walk from the airport. If the weather is bad, you can call and their pick-up service can be arranged at any time. This must be praised. I contacted them at around 11 o'clock in the evening, and the car came in a few minutes. Recommended!"

"The room is spacious and bright, and the staff is friendly. But the room had a strange smell. I don’t know if it was caused by repairing the elevator or replacing the hydraulic fluid. Hope it's just a temporary issue. The breakfast is particularly rich. Serves small bottles of milk and chocolate milk of exceptionally good quality. The ham sausage and beef patties are also quite good. The hotel is in a great location, right next to buttermilk state park and 12 minutes away from Cornell University."

"This hotel appears to have recently refurbished its rooms. Everything in the room and bathroom was new looking and clean. We had a king bed, which was nice but did not give much room on the sides, but it was adequate. The breakfast was very simple: 2 dry cereal choices, some package oatmeal, breads and small muffins, 2 juices, milk. Unfortunately the 'dining area' is in the reception area and only has 3 tables, despite many more rooms. It would have been nice to have a picnic bench or two outside for people to sit and chat or have breakfast. But the price was right and the rooms good. Surrounding hotels were trying to charge $300 and above."

"The rooms are spacious and you can park on campus. The hotel also has a dedicated parking lot. You can enter and exit by swiping your room card. It is very safe. The hotel is managed by students, which is very unique. The hotel is within walking distance of nearby restaurants and supermarkets. AAnonymous UserThe hotel is comfortable and clean, the lobby is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the facilities are new, and it is a pleasant experience. This is a very good hotel in Ithaca. I will stay here next time. The busiest street in the town is just outside the hotel, and there are many restaurants. To get to Cornell University, you have to go north and climb uphill. It is also very convenient to take an Uber. In addition, there is an entrance to the canyon trail not far away. After entering, you can see several waterfalls along the way. The scenery is beautiful. The exit at the end of the trail is the campus of Cornell University. The hotel is not far from the bus station, about a ten-minute walk. In short, it is a very good choice.

GGuest UserThe hotel has plenty of free parking, which is very convenient for self-driving. It was a bit crowded to spread out 2 large suitcases in the room. The bathroom was large. Although the decoration was a bit old, the facilities were all functional. The air conditioning was strong on hot days. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave, which was very convenient. The hot breakfast included bacon and scrambled eggs, and the waffles were delicious. Except for the fact that the front desk wrote the wrong room number on the first day and couldn't open the door, and the door lock couldn't be opened on the second day and needed to go to the front desk to deal with it, everything else was satisfactory.

I accidentally lost the room card (and later found it). I didn't say anything and I gave it another one directly. Parking is also very convenient. The biggest slot is breakfast, basically no, cereal/milk/coffee/three flavors muffin/ yogurt/apple, it seems that there is instant noodles? It’s really the simplest breakfast I’ve ever eaten. It doesn’t matter if I choose a budget hotel.
