An average hotel. There is not enough variety in the breakfast. Otherwise, the location is good and hotel staff are friendly.

The location is incredibly convenient, the facilities are new, and it's spotlessly clean with a quiet and well-maintained environment. The staff are polite, professional, and very responsive. It offers excellent value for money, and I'd definitely make it my top choice again.

The hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from Toyama Station. The main entrance is on the side. Alternatively, you can enter through the CIC building, walk straight to the back, and the lobby entrance will be on your right. The front desk staff were very polite, and the room was quite spacious – a pleasant surprise compared to typical budget hotels. Some floors have ice machines, though disposable cups are not provided; guests can use the ice bucket found in their room. Overall, it's a very good hotel. The hotel doesn't offer a self-service laundry facility. For laundry needs, you'd have to visit a laundromat in an alley across the street. It has three machines, but they appeared to be heavily used by staff from nearby restaurants for washing uniforms and towels, and the place didn't look very clean.

Near the train station. Breakfast has 2 options : buffet or Japanese set. Staff very friendly and polite. Fast check in.

The hotel is relatively new, with on site parking. It is located at the top few floors of a business building. There no hotel reception on the ground floor only a phone and the entrance is hard to find if you are driving and it’s at the back of the building. The window shows you the major railway system of Nagoya as JR Nagoya station is just next stop and visible from the window. So a must for train lovers. The staff at the hotel is helpful but their English is minimal but for sure they are polite and cordial. There’s always staff cleaning in the other room when I go in and out of the hotel, but they somehow managed to not bother me and find the right time to clean my room. There is no other facility such as swimming pool, onsen or washing machines in the hotel. There’s a large family mart on ground floor and a few restaurants in the complex but we are always out during the day and didn’t have a choice to enjoy them. The hotel breakfast is delicious and the choices are ample. It also has the skyline view of Nagoya. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you want a little piece and quiet when you travel. And you might need to walk extra or take 1 more stop in the Metro to go back to hotel. It’s an excellent hotel but I think more suitable for adults.

Memorable Stay, super convenient Loved my stay here! Clean, modern, and just a short walk from Toyama Station and near toyama castle. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, and helpful staff. Perfect for hub stays or if you’re doing the Alpine Route. Would definitely come back!

This hotel is very near Toyama JR station, 10minute walk to the city centre, breakfast are great

Great hotel.Great location, hotel is in front of Toyama station. You may see the hotel from station. A lot of restaurants and shops around. very convenient. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Hotel is very near to Toyama station, just opposite the station. Hotel is rather old but seems renovated recently. Central air-con is very old with dated controls and not working well, so room gets very stuffy at night. Free drinks offered when we didn’t opt for daily room cleaning. QR code given to choose our drinks at a vending machine at the lobby. Don’t come to Toyama during Dec-Mar, as most attractions are closed for winter. Overall, a disappointment due to the faulty air-con and boring itinerary.
