5 min walk from utsunomiya station. Very convenient location with lots of restaurant options, supermarket and retail shops. Highly recommended.

While distance-wise was close to the station, the hotel was located on a quieter set of the station. With that said, rooms are amazing clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here and recommend for visitors to consider this hotel!

The location was great, right by the station. Check-in was fast and easy. They stored my luggage for the day and when I came back it was already taken to my room. COmfortable bed and blackout curtains. I had a corner room with two windows to different directions.

The room was so small that it was difficult to open the suitcase, but it was clean and there was a convenience store on the first floor, which was convenient.

This hotel is perfect for a short business trip. The rooms are very small, and there's not much space to store your luggage. The location is convenient, so it's a good place to stay for a few days.

The hotel is located just a few minutes from the west exit of Utsunomiya Station, and there is a 7-Eleven on the first floor, so it was very convenient. It is nice to be able to have a drink and a meal in front of the station before returning to the hotel. There is no large public bath, but there are discount tickets for Namdaemun (a spa facility 8 minutes walk from the station) on the front floor. The room was clean, and the breakfast buffet selection was not luxurious, but it was delicious. The staff were all very friendly. The step in the bathroom and the height of the bathtub are a little high. Watch your step.

There is no parking. The nearest parking lot is far away and requires payment.

I can only say that the location is very convenient right next to the station. There is a convenience store downstairs which is very convenient. Otherwise it is a very ordinary typical Japanese small hotel.
