"Very old house, furniture that has not been replaced in at least 20 years, indoor safe is broken, TV is broken, toilet 🚽 has no seat cushion, just a magnetic toilet, making it impossible for women to use it, I negotiated with the front desk many times, and only spoke for 10 minutes I sent someone to repair it, then went to the front desk, and pretended to be serious about registering, but still no repairs were done. The food was the same for three meals, the outdoor swimming pool was beautiful, and the beach 🏝️ was beautiful! The bus from Varadero back to Havana only leaves at 8:50 am and 4:30 pm! The bus stopped and went, and it took about 4 hours to cover the 70 kilometers."

"Good resort, clean and modern. Theres restaurants, bars, small shops, pools and its on the beach. The rooms are modern, clean and big. A bus is available for free to go to Varadero city on a daily basis, multiple times. The people are approachable and helpful, very lovely people. The food is diverse, meat and veggies. Tasty vegetables and fruits."

"No spaces with air conditioning for relaxing at the bar. The only space with air conditioning is at the main restaurant. At the beach you don’t have a close bar. Hard to have a cold drink at the beach. The plastic glasses at the beach are to small to take any drink at the beach. The food at the restaurant is good and varied. The beach and the water are amazing!"

"The location of the hotel is great. The ocean and beach are incomparable. All inclusive is not like other tourist destinations due to the nature of Cuba. Don't expect a wide variety of food. Mostly rice, chicken, fish. I liked the pineapples that were always there. Drinks ran out from time to time, but there were always two or three options to choose from. There are a lot of flies, just like everywhere else in Cuba. They try to maintain cleanliness, but still the plates had to be chosen to be cleaner, the cutlery was wiped with napkins. Room cleaning every day. The room is old, but everything looks decent. Not far from the hotel there is street food and a store (although the selection is not very large). There was a program every day, the beer was delicious, there were several cocktails to choose from, but we didn’t try them. We went to the restaurant twice (you can make an appointment at the reception at 13:00, they serve the menu for free). Excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. "It was a different experience, I always travel with my family but this time I decided to go to rest and be alone with my partner, which was a bit difficult for me due to different episodes I had at the hotel. As for the service of the waitresses and shop assistants, it is very good, they really make an effort to talk to the clients and make them feel like family, the cleaning is quite good, but I must say that in terms of the food it leaves a lot to be desired, most of the Cold times, without dressings to season salads or vegetables, hot juices and without sugar, there was not a day when there was butter, mayonnaise, or any other sauce to accompany food or breakfast. There is no small oven to heat a toast or a piece of bread, the lousy presentation, if I am honest there was not a day that we ate well and that is mainly due to the little management by the managers, the rather superficial supervision and the justification with all the problems that there are right now in Cuba. Serving a hot dish or a cold juice goes beyond the scarcity that there may be. The towel service for the pool practically does not work, we were waiting all day to be able to get the towels and be able to bathe, when we complained the towels appeared immediately, Unfortunately they tend to justify what was wrong with all the economic problems that exist and that we all know. You pay for a 4-star hotel and receive 2-star service to a great extent."

"The facilities were good enough for what you pay. I should not complain about the food since given the circumstances they did their best to keep us fed at all times. In fact, they offered a large variety of meat and veggies, desserts, etc. On the other hand, for heavy drinkers, this place should be an oasis since you can have access to all the alcohol you want at all times. My husband certainly loved that fact. Regarding the entertainment, the first night with dance performers was good, however, the second one with singers was not. I think they should work harder on this issue. If you want a get away from Havana, this is definetely the place to stay. A very relaxing,enjoyable spot for honey mooners or loners who simply want to have time on their own. "
