Great
GGuest UserEfficient check-in, spacious rooms, everything worked including Wifi. Nice pool area but too cold at the moment. Outstanding breakfast - better than expected full buffet. The room rate was very reasonable, especially with breakfast.
Note there is a very long list of extra charges - changing bed sheets, parking car (18Euro!, plenty of parking on the street), using the gym, using the pool, having a kettle in the room ad nauseum

GGuest UserRoom was large and lovely, just a bit dated in decor, hotel itself is ideally located for what we needed, staff we’re always polite and friendly and helpful. Fab toiletries definitely don’t need to take anything. Fridge was a bonus.
GGuest UserThe room initially disappointed me as it needed some painting attention around air con unit and bathroom ceiling. The cups were stained …When we checked in the floor was dirty and when I went to report this nobody came until the next day. I expected more for a 4 star hotel. The location is fantastic, there is a restaurant and bar at the hotel but we didn’t use them. There was a small pool which was clean and convenient. The balcony with the sea view was charming.
GGuest UserHotel was ideal for what I needed as I was visiting family in the area and just needed a place to stay. The reception staff were friendly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. Free parking was also a bonus. This should be rated more than a 2* hotel.
RRita CoClean, central hotel easy access to shops, cafes and beach. Spacious rooms, bathroom with large shower and amenities. Only downside is the noise from neighbouring room or hallway can be heard clearly especially dragging chairs across the floor and talking. Thin walls!
JJoseph JamesWe have stayed at the Madrid Hotel Torrevieja many times before. The hotel never disappoints, it a central location and close to all the amenities. Hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. It's worth a stay 😊
CCharles JiangThis hotel is quite suitable for parent-child travel. The hotel has a lot of public facilities, not only indoor swimming pools, but also outdoor ones. Only the location of the hotel is a bit far from the station
GGuest UserThe air conditioning doesn't work, at least in my room.. We passed heat because when we opened the windows to reconcile the dream we were screwed up by mosquitos ... at last we didn't sleep for an hour.
The bathroom has a window without just in the shower.
The staff were very attentive, the bed is 80 cm but the bed is quite comfortable.
