Magnificent location just between Realto and S.Marco Square. Vaporetto stop in 3 minutes’ walk to Grand Channel. On the photo - breakfast view (yes, directly to the channel). Small rooms (as anywhere in Venice), in our room was unpleasant odor, but staff did their best and in a few minutes we mooved to the nearest room without any problems. Staff is really best. Strongly recommend the hotel!

Do not stay at this crunchy old dirty hotel although it’s in a very good location the mattresses were hard and were as old as the decor in the rooms at least 50 years old we complained only to be told there were no other alternatives and he gave us towels to put under the mattress, the mattresses were hard had a body indentation on it. The room stunk like old stink moth balls do not stay here be warned it was grubby!

Absolutely delighted! The staff were all incredibly attentive, and both the facilities and my room were spotless. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and to top it all off, a fantastic breakfast was included.

Good service and excellent location. Closer to Rialto bridge and St Marks Square. Lot to improve on cleanliness and maintenance. The air conditioner is only for namesake, and noisy from the outside and the top floor.

Wouldn’t stay here again … very dark and dingy… made me feel down… location is pretty good not easy to find …. Breakfast was ok coffeee not great

Having breakfast included was a definite plus. Being an older building, the lack of an elevator and the condition of the plumbing were a slight concern. However, its very close proximity to St. Mark's Square and a Vaporetto station was a huge help.

The hotel is poorly maintained. The carpet in the room didn’t feel very clean, the air conditioning was very old, noisy, and didn’t work properly. Staff was also not very friendly. Overall, not a great experience and I wouldn’t recommend it

Good location between the St Marco square and Rialto. Price was reasonable for Venice. Inexpensive and Michelin star resturants nearby. No elevator. Tight toilet, sink and shower in the 2 person room. 4 person rooms had plenty of space. Note many hotels in Venice are old homes converted a long time ago.

This is not a luxury hotel, but… the staff were supportive, the room was clean, breakfast was sufficient, the location excellent and the cost competitive. One complaint is that WiFi is only accessible in the immediate area of reception, not in the rooms, but otherwise the hotel is a good base for seeing Venice.

Amazing place with good service

No elevator, no one to help with luggage, staff did not seem too interested in helping us...Will definitely not stay there if I ever come back to Venice.

Overall, our experience was actually pretty good. But as a bad point I can say that from the beginning our room was changed with another one, actually a smaller one and it was pretty cold inside. The breakfast was good, the employees were very very friendly and kind and helpful. If they will work a little bit at the heating and cleaning side, I will come back.👍🏼

I have been in 1 Star Hotels better than this “3” Hotel. We had to change rooms 3 times, and today I’m actually changing to a different hotel. AC does not work in ANY of the Rooms. All Rooms we were in had broken shower doors, broken Toilet Seats, Broken Shower Heads. The picture below will show you the dirt from the bedside table! I wish I could post a pic of my body but it has been eaten by Mosquitoes all over. If you like EXTRA EXTRA firm beds and pillows. This place is for you. The only reason this hotel has a 3 Star Rating is because of their Hotel Empire. They own 7 Hotels in Venice. Staff are rude, they make excuses! Hell I think a B&B even has an Iron you can borrow, they do not.

The shower door was broken, no shelves in the shower, very tight room.
