Nice rooms and close to night and street food markets, riverside and other ancient buildings that are good for tourists.

We had a wonderful stay at Riverside Hotel in Vientiane and highly recommend it to other couples or travelers. The staff were extremely helpful and polite throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was modern, spotless, and beautifully lit, with great amenities including free Netflix and YouTube, and a stylish washroom with excellent water pressure. The breakfast each morning was satisfying, offering both Western and Asian options along with delicious coffee. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Mekong River, the night market, and a variety of shops and restaurants.

The hotel is near to Vientiane Night market. There is a convenience store nearby. The breakfast is quite alright with varieties. But the room soundproofing was not good, can hear people talking at the corridors, slamming doors etc.

Riverside Hotel in Vientiane has a great location by the river, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms close to the Mekong River and other attractions. Rooftop view is great too!

The location of the hotel is very good, close to night market and all the restaurants, cafes and bars. It is clean too, just one thing for me, the blinds of the room are not dark enough for me, the lights may bother your sleep if you are the person who likes to sleep in the dark. Overall good hotel.

I booked a superior room. Though a small room, the amenities is well positioned especially the TV which can swing left and right. We had bed karaoke as we lay down and sing our favourite song from youtube. Breakfast a lot variety from Asia to Western. Staff polite and helpful. They help plan a car to take us to the train station. The only remark is the lift door on 4th floor is not proper align and we trip a couple of times. Thank you for allow us to happily stay in your hotel.

Room was a little small and they didn’t automatically clean after the first day (might be an environmental thing though). But the location was good and it was clean

Nice little hotel located in the center of the city. The only things missing for us were parking on the place and a bigger selection of food options for vegetarians in the morning buffet. Very friendly staff!

Perfect location, clean and cozy room, bed and pillows are comfy, decent breakfast for 3* hotel, friendly staff. Reasonable price.

Those 2 girls at reception desk were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English!  Thank you girls!   GREAT SERVICES and GREAT LOCATION!!!  Easy walking distance to Night Market and Night Food Market.  Newer modern and clean hotel with affordable price!   I will recommend it to anyone. Only thing they can upgrade is the toilet seat!  They don’t close slowly (you know that really noisy old style one).   I know it’s minor thing but even the cheaper hotels ($20 level ones) we stayed had slower closing toilet cover.   So we were surprised to have old style noisy cover at this level hotel.   But WE DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN for the great services and great location!!

The hotel has a great location and stylish decor. The room was a bit small, and the one I got didn't quite match the pictures online. However, I couldn't be bothered to ask for a different room.
