"The room on the first floor offers views of the backyard lawn and the distant sea. The patio has lounge chairs, perfect for enjoying a drink and watching the sunset with a sea breeze in the evening – very pleasant. The room was impeccably clean and meticulously serviced daily. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the TV offered live channels with a wide variety of programs. Downstairs is a semi-enclosed indoor swimming pool with a suitable depth and clean water, protected from direct sun. Next to it is a 24-hour gym with enough equipment for both strength and cardio workouts. The lobby is absolutely top-notch, directly facing Jiajing Island. The plaques on the lawn are also a great photo spot, even surpassing many popular tourist attractions. Shimei Bay beach has relatively fine sand and is not crowded. Compared to Sanya, it's much quieter here, and the sea is clearer, making it ideal for a peaceful vacation. Across from the hotel, there's a food street and shared e-bike rental points. Nearby, a small town offers inexpensive local snacks. The hotel is about ten kilometers from Shenzhou Peninsula and Riyue Bay, approximately a 30-minute e-bike ride. The only regret was one incident in the elevator. I got caught by the elevator door and commented to the guests inside who had closed it. Unexpectedly, both of them launched into an inexplicable barrage of profanity, which really ruined my mood and left me quite upset."

"This is a popular family-friendly hotel in Wanning, with plenty of activities for kids. The garden common areas are beautiful, and the rooms are quite new. We tried both breakfast restaurants, and they each offered unique Chinese and Western options. It was a bit crowded during the summer holidays, with some queues, but the variety of food was excellent. Our butler, Cherry, provided prompt service. Overall, a great vacation experience."

Although the room shows its age, overall, it's a pleasant stay (the noise from the water heater next door was a bit loud). If that issue could be resolved, it would be excellent. Location: The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and the food street is a short taxi ride. Price: The price is a bit high, but somewhat acceptable considering the excellent surrounding facilities (pool, bar, beach, scenic views, etc.). Service: Consistent service. My housekeeper, Ella, was very thoughtful and friendly. I give the service full marks! 💯"

"This is, without a doubt, the worst booking experience I've ever had on Trip.com! As a Trip.com Diamond VIP, I always expect the best in accommodations, dining, and travel. I booked this cliffside villa specifically for its renowned infinity pool, but what I got was pure deception and a total rip-off. Just look at the price – over 8,000 for two nights! We don't care about the cost, but we felt utterly insulted by the experience. It's an old, dilapidated villa with a musty smell that permeated the room all night. And those peeling walls? How can you justify charging over 4,000 a night for this? I put up with the first night, but when I tried to cancel the second night and move out, I was told it wasn't possible! I even have a video of the 'wonderful' noise – the exhaust fan, clearly on its last legs. And apparently, the hotel is changing its name now, so be very careful when booking. There are so many other bad things to mention, but honestly, I'm too tired to even type them out."

"The first stop of the self-driving tour around the island is Sun Moon Bay. The apartment has two bedrooms and one living room facing the surfing beach. It has a large space and a seaside environment surrounded by coconut trees. The housekeeper will contact you in advance to join the group. Inform the hotel location and parking is suitable. It costs 8 yuan to stay overnight on the island and 3 yuan to go out during the day. The price is still very reasonable. Luggage pick-up service is provided. There is a row of carts at the intersection at night. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the seaside bar street, where there are resident and fireworks. Check-in and taking pictures are good. Coconut chicken and dregs vinegar hot pot are a little light. You can try them. It's about 150 per person."
