RRoadtripperBNThe hotel is so nice and new. The bed is so comfortable. The hotel vibe is nice and service was really good. The swimming pool has a waterpark where kids can enjoy. It also has a small kids club. They also provide a free shuttle from hotel to padalarang station where you can grab train ride to Jakarta. Really enjoyed our stay!

Inrecommend you guys to include breakfast in trip as it is really affordable and nicee. They serve breakfast buffet with with variety option. Tolonglahh stayy sinii best experience ever!!! GGuest UserIt was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel.
Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop
Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided.
The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside.

I had a great stay here. The hotel offers a stunning view and the weather was just perfect during my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic facilities in good condition.
Access to the hotel is generally easy, though the last 1.5 km of the road is a bit rough. It took about 15 minutes to drive through, but it’s manageable and safe even for a sedan car.
One small downside was the window insect net – one side was faulty and the other didn’t have a net at all, so I couldn’t open both windows for cross ventilation without letting insects in. Still, it didn’t ruin the experience.
Overall, a peaceful retreat that’s worth visiting if you’re okay with a slightly bumpy ride at the end.

The environment inside the hotel is very comfortable, there are lots of sofas/benches/chairs where we can gather or just enjoy the atmosphere
Breakfast is quite adequate, unfortunately for 2 days, the menu does not change.
Unfortunately the hotel room was not clean, the carpet still had dirt on it, the towels smelled a bit too.
The most disappointing thing is that hot water sometimes turns on and sometimes doesn't, even though the hotel is located on a plateau, where the weather is quite cold.

When checkin ,3 may 25 , no concierge service , no bell boy available .
While waiting check in , luggage and stuffs just laid down un attended .
Assigned room was very far and entering the room , founded AC not properly set , hot room , tv monitor set guest
Name under different name , no room sandals provided. Call house keeping 2 times and finally coming after 15 minutes .
Shower water not properly running , water discharge very hot ,either set to hot or cold position .no cold water discharge .
Conclusion :
Hospitality services and hotel facilities not operate properly , no intention to serve customer as 5 star hotel services , even though , room occupancy is low .

GGuest UserThis was my favorite place to stay in Bandung. I would have given it all 5 stars if I stayed there 20 years ago. That’s my only complaints about it. Must have been amazing when it first opened. It needs modernization and to be brought back to its former glory. Besides that, it’s clean, beautiful layout, very cool that it had its own balcony. Great breakfast and excellent staff. The quality you get for the price is great.

IIzzati PazarizalThe hotel has a good mountain view. Service was good. The room was clean and spacious. I didn't see many people in the restaurant. But the good was quite good. They have pool at the ground floor. The breakfast hall at the top building so You can see the mountain view with the mountain wind too. There are many area for photo upstair.

GGuest UserIf u looking for budget hotel, here is the best. Big and conform room. Great location, walk distance to The Great Asia Africa and Farmhouse. Easy to find food stalls and grab or Gojek to move around. Overall, this is run down hotel, however, the staff is very helpful.
