"Pros: The hotel is in a good location, the sunset is beautiful, the plants are beautiful, like a big garden. The soaj is very comfortable, facing the sea. Cons: The room facilities are a bit old, the service is average, the mini bar and sunset wine in the room are charged items, the signs are not clear, we thought they were free items, and the cost of calling a taxi for the guests is very high. Overall evaluation: The hotel is average, not worth the price of more than 3,000, and the cost performance is not high."

"We were really excited about our stay but found it extremely disappointing. We had an issue with our transfer that was handled poorly with no apology. Service at the resort is terrible.
Whilst the resort itself is nice (accommodation is lovely) the beaches on the main island are far superior. In our opinion, not worth the money."

"The hotel is located by the sea and the sea view is very nice. But there is no beach on the beach. The food at the hotel was terrible, the breakfast was particularly small, bread, fruit and eggs. Had lunch once and it was expensive, not tasty and the ingredients were not fresh. Room facilities are old and the cabinets are dirty. The hotel has a swimming pool, but outsiders can come in and play. When we checked in, many local junior high school students were playing in the evening, and we were afraid to enter the water."

"Set in a beautiful garden setting on high ground overlooking sea. Old colonial style architecture. Rooms are basic but have no kettle in the room. Toiletries, mosquito nets, excellent WiFi. Lovely staff. Great big breakfast and excellent coffee. No pool. Beach is long way downhill surrounded by mangrove. Need to walk some distance Shops and main road for transport nearby. Airport 4 kilometres, a Taxis costs 20000 Tsh. The number 506 dala dala goes into Stone Town from Mimi cafe.. Would definitely stay again"

"The hotel is between the coastal town of Znz and Nungwi (actually nungwi is further but the traffic to town is crazy)
They were kind enough to elevate our hotel experience with an anniversary set up"

"First of all, the advantages here are designer hotels, design with great care, rich characteristics, everywhere can make blockbusters.
There are also many shortcomings. First of all, the location is remote and the price is not cheap. Except for the hotel itself having two kayaks, there is no sea exercise. The beach is not good, because there are fishing villages nearby, so it is dirty and there are many rocks.
The food was exquisite and too delicate, leading to a little bit of food not enough.
Unexpectedly, the fishing village next to it can buy the seafood that local fishermen catch every day. The price is incredible. I bring my own hot pot base to help the hotel process, which is absolutely satisfying for the stomach of the food.
The hotel is built on topography, up and down are not very friendly to families with children, suitable for couples to travel"
