"I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel, so the location was good. I organized a 2-day tour, and they came to pick me up at the nearby BIG4 hotel, so it was very convenient. The air conditioner in the first room I was given didn't work, so they changed my room right away. They were very kind and I would like to use them again."

"I liked it, I took a house here, their 4 here, the rest of the places would be perfect if you were on a car, like parking for trailers. The house is comfortable as if you were in a trailer with everything you need, but it is not small. There is a swimming pool. Get to Early by bus or walk 15 minutes. You can get to the hotel by taxi but it is one way 100Aud We took the transfer at the airport on the counter generally for 88Aud on both sides for 2 people, very convenient"

"The comfortable room and satisfactory service, coupled with the fact that I extended my stay three times for a total of seven days, truly speaks volumes. The hotel offers a swimming pool, restaurant, gym, self-service laundry room, and a self-service microwave. Plus, complimentary fresh linens, coffee, drinks, and milk are readily available. It's truly the only resort-style hotel I've ever stayed at that I genuinely didn't want to leave."

"Our stay at the Mirage was a fantastic family getaway! The service was great in that staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. We had an issue with the dryer door, I called the service desk and this was fixed while we were out, and additional towels were provided in the meantime. The resort itself had breathtaking views, clean and spacious apartment, great breakfast which accommodated my vegan diet and was only a 30 minute from Proserpine airport (and although we were at the very end apartment, they transported us there). The 4 star rating for the facilities was because non of the lifts around the resort (not the apartment ones) were working during our visit, so we had to carry our pram up and down flights of stairs to get to the pool, restaurant and the boardwalk. The 4 star rating for the location was because although we had multiple restaurants within walking distance, they were all closed for most of the time that we were there (we stayed Sunday-Thursday). We traveled with our 2.5 month baby and had the most relaxing time; I would highly recommend the Mirage."

"It is the best hotel in Airlie Beach. The scenery is unbeatable, the facilities are good, the hotel story and the founder's development vision and the final implementation effect are all great! The room is very clean, and the kitchenette has a microwave, which is very convenient. The only thing I can't accept is that the owner is Italian 😅The quilt is a sheet sandwich towel blanket with a few small bumps, but it's still good overall"

"The room is large, with separate bathroom, separate shower, kitchen, cloakroom. It is not very neat and clean. At the end of August, there was a sheet on the bed. It was too cold. I woke up at 4 o'clock and found that there was a small blanket in the cloakroom. It was too small and about the same size as today. It was covered with two bath towels. The best is the location, shopping around various bars, BWS, Woolworth walk3-5 minutes away. Airport shuttle is also very convenient."

"Driving back home to Innisfail from Brisbane. As we pulled into Mackay my 2yo started to get restless, we were hoping to just push through but as we were outside of Mackay my son just couldn't take it anymore. Quickly jumped online to find a place to stay and so glad we picked this place. Staff were efficient, it's bang smack in the centre of town too which made it a bonus and room was clean. Would stay here again."

"Before boarding the plane, I called the hotel to arrange for a pick-up. The front desk agreed to arrange it very quickly. After a while, I received a text message confirming the pick-up. After arriving, I didn't see the driver. I called the front desk to coordinate. Later, I saw the driver get on the car, and the front desk called to confirm. It was really responsible. The check-in procedure was very fast. The hotel lobby looks brand new and bright, quiet in a busy place. The room is not big, double-glazed, and the sound insulation effect is very good. It feels better than the online reviews."
