The breakfast room was over capacity and the breakfast itself didn’t offer much. But we were multiple room bookers and they upgraded our small bedroom booking to a larger bed despite it being a busy holiday. It is easy to miss the location… our taxi driver drove past saying he didn’t see it even though it has a (simple) ground floor lobby.

The boss was very nice and helped upgrade the room to a twin. The room was very large and even had a sofa and a large desk. It was very well decorated and clean. The shower button was very difficult to turn, especially with shower gel on my hands. It was even more slippery and difficult to turn. I booked an economy room and was immediately upgraded to a king-size bed by the front desk. I was pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine inside and brand-name toiletries in the bathroom.
