The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. The facilities are top-notch, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is especially comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and tastes great. Amanda provided thoughtful and meticulous service. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xi'an.

I rarely give full marks or good reviews, but this is my first time doing so. We didn't book a hotel in advance for this trip, and there were no rooms available anywhere near Wanzhong. My boyfriend and I booked a double room, and later, Cindy, a lovely lady, thoughtfully upgraded our room type to a suite, which made us very happy! She even sent some fruit, but I didn't take a picture of it. Cindy's service was truly excellent; she's beautiful and kind-hearted, and I really appreciate her. The concierge helped open the car doors when we arrived and departed. I also had two suitcases, and they responsibly brought them to my room. Every staff member was very polite and had a great attitude. This is the first time I've felt a hotel genuinely putting effort into their service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an.

Hannah was very professional during check-in, providing excellent service. She answered all my questions patiently. I arrived quite late, but the concierge still delivered my takeout order directly to my room, which was a very thoughtful service.

The room amenities were terrible. The faucets were broken, and the constant dripping from the floor drain at night made it impossible to sleep. The toilet was old and not a smart toilet, and there were no disposable toilet seat covers. The snacks were also very sparse: one small bag of rice crackers, one small bag of donuts, and two bottles of mineral water, along with two generic coffee sticks.

Hyatt never disappoints! The day before check-in, our butler Amanda called to ask about our needs, and upon learning I was traveling with kids, thoughtfully arranged children's toiletries. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly attentive – a huge thumbs up to her! ♥️ The breakfast might not have a huge variety, but it perfectly showcased Xi'an's local specialties. Oh, and they even decorated my room for my birthday! Choosing Hyatt for my trip to Xi'an was definitely the right decision!

The marble-patterned decor exudes luxury, and taking a bath with aromatherapy is simply a therapeutic moment for city dwellers. The quality of the bath products is also excellent, making for a very comfortable experience. • Lounge Area: The small sofa area in the room is perfect for relaxing. The color scheme is warm and stylish. Occasionally reading a book or catching up on work here was an absolutely fantastic experience. 🌟 Service: Thoughtful to the Core From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was seamless. The staff were friendly and always ready to answer questions, even proactively offering recommendations for Xi'an's attractions and cuisine. It felt like interacting with friends, making for a very secure and pleasant stay. 🌆 Location: Excellent for Getting Around The hotel's location is superb. Whether you're heading to popular attractions like the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, or going shopping in the commercial districts, transportation is incredibly convenient. For someone like me who wants to efficiently explore Xi'an, it's perfect! If you're coming to Xi'an and want a comfortable and stylish place to stay, the Hyatt Regency Xi'an genuinely deserves to be at the top of your list. From the facilities to the service, you can feel the immense sincerity in every detail.~

First off, the service was excellent, especially Amanda, who helped solve a lot of problems and even contacted us in advance to prepare items for our child. The concierges at the entrance and the cleaning staff were also very good and polite! The hygiene was acceptable, and the overall hotel environment was quite nice, though it's a shame the room's orientation didn't offer much of a view. However, the room's facilities really weren't up to par. The toilet flush button had to be pressed very carefully every time, and the air conditioning wasn't very powerful! Finally, the hotel's breakfast buffet was excellent! Highly recommend!

We arrived late at night after a long drive. I had already noted in the booking that we needed two adjoining rooms. However, the rooms we were assigned were in an extremely remote location, almost at the end of the corridor, and upon entering, there was a strong smell of smoke. With children in tow, we had no choice but to request a room change. Although the new room was closer to the elevator, the sofa was a short one, inconsistent with the promotional photos. The next day, we discovered that our window faced directly onto the parking lot entrance and the kitchen chimney, and there was no balcony, making the comfort level extremely poor. During our discussion, the duty manager tried to shirk responsibility, claiming to be new and unfamiliar with the room types, but he has actually been employed for over three months (I saw your name in other reviews). His professionalism needs improvement. Although he later worked very diligently to bring in a longer sofa as a remedy, it took over an hour, leaving the room in a mess and severely impacting our check-in experience. Considering an average price of 1600 per night, and as a luxury hotel brand, room allocation and housekeeping services should not have these issues. I recommend choosing this hotel with caution. Additionally, none of the special activities included in our package were utilized.

This hotel has a charming Chinese-style design with beautiful gardens and well-equipped rooms. The location is excellent, very close to Furong Garden, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. Kiki was incredibly thoughtful and helpful in arranging our room, booking a concierge car for us, and even reserving the hotel spa.

Facilities: The gym and pool are quite large, and there's a wide variety of breakfast options, with delicious bread. Hygiene: The room was clean and spacious, and I was greeted by a pleasant scent upon entering. Environment: The hotel has a garden-style setting and is very quiet. With the rain, the lake view was incredibly atmospheric. Service: Our personal butler, Daisy, provided excellent service, responding to our needs immediately and even providing welcome fruits. Overall, the experience was fantastic, a perfect score!

Traveling to Xi'an for the holidays with my family, we chose the Hyatt Regency in Qujiang. The location is excellent, right next to the Qujiang Pool Relic Park. You can directly access it from the hotel's side entrance, which is perfect for morning runs. The subway is also very convenient. Hannah at the hotel provided incredibly thoughtful and detailed service, always ready to answer any questions. We really appreciate her care during our stay and will definitely choose Hyatt Regency Xi'an again next time.

I was visiting Xi'an, and Hannah called me in advance to ask about my room preferences. She arranged a great room for me. During my stay, she also told me about the hotel's special event, a water dance performance in the lobby, which was very exotic and unique. When I checked out, I forgot my cup in the room, and Hannah helped me arrange to have it mailed to me, which I really appreciate. All in all, my experience in Xi'an was excellent.

Hannah's service was absolutely amazing! She arranged our room beforehand, and the hotel itself was fantastic—comfortable and cozy. The gym and pool were also very convenient. But the best part was truly the exceptional service. My trip to Xi'an was delightful, and I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. It's perfect for exploring the surrounding area.
