I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on my door all morning. In the afternoon, the front desk called to ask if I needed housekeeping, clearly showing they remembered my room hadn't been serviced yet. That's the excellent service you get from Hilton!

My check-in experience far exceeded expectations. The front desk staff were professional and incredibly welcoming. Our room was spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast spread offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. The hotel environment is spacious and bright, with all facilities meticulously maintained and looking brand new. The comfortable bedding ensured a truly sound night's sleep. Housekeeping service was detailed and thoughtful, ensuring daily supplies were replenished promptly. The gym was well-equipped, and the free WiFi signal remained stable, contributing to an undisturbed rest at night. Its location, conveniently close to the highway exit, made self-driving extremely easy. The guest rooms were cozy and stylishly designed. The front desk even thoughtfully provided local travel tips. The excellent soundproofing guaranteed a deep and restful sleep, and overall, the value for money far surpassed what I had anticipated.

Daisy at the front desk provided fantastic service. I remember she also helped me on my previous visit. She is very thorough and attentive. Her service definitely deserves five stars.

The room's cleanliness was terrible. After checking in, I found the toilet hadn't been flushed and there were even cigarette butts in it.

This is my go-to hotel. The overall environment, cleanliness, and room quality are consistently excellent. The front desk staff, especially the young ladies, are incredibly warm and provide fantastic service, making the whole experience truly wonderful. I'll definitely keep choosing this place.

We had booked a twin room, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to a family room free of charge, which was a lovely surprise. The ambiance and service were generally very good. It offers excellent value for money, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers.

The room was very cozy, and the family room happened to be Frozen-themed, which was perfect. The check-in process was smooth. A butler had also reached out to us beforehand; they knew we were driving, so they added us on WeChat and sent the address, which was all very thoughtful. The complimentary happy hour was a simple buffet dinner, offering about 5-6 dishes, which was decent and enough to fill us up. The pool was excellent.

We booked this room for our child's midday rest during their high school entrance exams, and the hotel provided exceptionally thoughtful service, going above and beyond to meet all our needs. The young man handling our check-in actively coordinated an early check-in for us to ensure our child got adequate rest. The cleaning lady on the 15th floor was also very prompt with water delivery and room tidying. During check-out, Jingjing and Lili were incredibly thoughtful, even giving us cute cardholders! We chose this hotel for my child's middle school entrance exam. They were exceptionally well-prepared. Despite the hotel being fully booked and experiencing a high volume of guests during those days, their service remained consistently excellent. A particularly thoughtful gesture was having bottled water available at the entrance for students heading off to their exams. The gym was also spotless. It truly made accompanying my child for the exam period incredibly convenient.

I stayed here with my child during their Gaokao exams. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

Excellent service and environment.

Absolutely delighted with my stay. I was exhausted from a layover in Xi'an on my way back home. After I requested a quiet room, the front desk staff were excellent; they not only upgraded my room but also offered complimentary freshly baked cookies. For any future layovers or trips to Xi'an, I will absolutely stay here again. I even took a picture of their hotel sign to give them a special shout-out!

Honestly, it was truly awful, and the negative reviews I read online were spot on. Firstly, the bathroom had a terrible sewer smell coming from the toilet, so we had to keep the door shut while sleeping. The lobby was dismal; located on the right as you enter, it only had one small sofa and no tables. When we arrived, an elderly member of our group wanted some water, but there was none available. Service was almost non-existent; they didn't even bother to restock toilet paper after housekeeping. The most ridiculous incident was when I tried to pour some water into my own reusable bottle at the restaurant, and a staff member stopped me, claiming the water couldn't be taken out of the restaurant. Breakfast was also terrible; there was hardly any decent food. The noodles were clearly reheated and had a dreadful, mushy texture. One evening, as we were leaving, it started raining just as we stepped out of the lobby. We asked the security guard if there were any umbrellas we could borrow, but he was incredibly impatient, curtly saying, 'No umbrellas, hurry up and go!' I seriously doubt this hotel operates legitimately; it was substandard in every single aspect.

We were traveling to Xining and made a stop in Xi'an to visit the impressive Qin historical sites, which is why we stayed here. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering direct access to both the high-speed rail station and highway exits via the city's ring road. This ensures quick, traffic-free travel, making it perfect for a self-driving stopover. The room was, as always, impeccably clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool was also excellent. We plan to stay here again on our return journey.
