Hotels in West Gate Airport Bus/Tumen Area, Xi'an

This is a great hotel in most ways. It is very convenient to the Xi'an metro! The breakfast is good. The front desk service is great. The laundry machines work very well. The rooms are adequate and clean. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing. People in the hallway sound as if your door is open. People walking or moving chairs in the room above are easily heard. If you are a sound sleeper, this hotel is excellent. If not, it is good.

The hotel's attention to detail is excellent. Each room comes with convenient USB charging ports, eliminating the need to hunt for outlets. The bedside light is designed not to disturb your companion's rest. Hangers are provided in the wardrobe, and complimentary bottled water on the table ensures you always have something to drink. The room is also equipped with a Xiaodu smart assistant, which you can voice-command at any time. Waking up and pulling back the curtains in the morning reveals beautiful light and scenery, instantly uplifting your mood. Additionally, a power bank is available, so you'll never panic if your phone's battery runs low. The hotel offers free parking, and with a subway entrance right next door, getting around is incredibly convenient. Upon check-in, we received a 'nine-grid' snack box as a welcome treat, along with other thoughtful gestures from the staff. These small details truly make guests feel very cared for and welcomed.

It’s a pretty old Hotel, which you can feel and smell! We booked Executive Suite with balcony or terrace- we were told there are no balcony’s- but there are! The air conditioning did not work in one of the suites, so we had to move to a smaller one! Mini-Bar was empty.The dinner time in the lounge is too short- only 2Hours- everything is cleaned and closed exactly after 2Hours!!! The bar was closed before 10pm even though it was supposed to be open till 11 pm! The housekeeping was very good and the service very quick! Breakfast is a huge variation of everything!

The reception is very welcoming and ready to help with everything! It is very important especially for the foreigners in the unknown city, when you do not speak Chinese!!! I was very surprised to have a heater in the room when I said that I felt cold during my previous stay. I'm also grateful for the snacks and fruits that were brought to my room in the afternoon. I'm very touched! Thank you! 🙏🧡

I took my children on a summer trip to Xi'an and stayed at the Xi'an Jinling Purple Mountain Hotel. The hotel's housekeeping manager, Chu Lengyan, contacted me by phone in advance to discuss room information, upgrade me to a family room, provide breakfast for the children, recommend Xi'an attractions and local cuisine, arrange for a pick-up at the station, and provide a Xi'an souvenir upon check-in. The hotel is ideally located, within walking distance of the Xi'an City Wall and the Sajinqiao Food City. The breakfast was rich and varied, with a distinct Xi'an flavor. Xi'an was experiencing the sweltering summer heat, and the Jinling Hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting me every time we met and reminding me to bring plenty of water before leaving. They made our whole family feel right at home. I wish the Xi'an Jinling Purple Mountain Hotel continued success and success!

Absolutely thrilled! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel's environment was great. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and kept everything spotless. The room was quite spacious, well-appointed with all amenities, and offered a fantastic stay. The soundproofing was also excellent. A special mention: The day before yesterday, the housekeeping staff even placed my plush toy on the pillow when they cleaned the room. It was such a thoughtful touch that really warmed my heart and was incredibly comforting. Thank you so much!

The stay experience is great! From the beginning of the check-in at the front desk, I felt the professionalism and caring of the hotel. The staff smiled warmly and took the initiative to help carry the luggage. They also introduced the surrounding attractions and breakfast time in detail. The room was amazing as soon as it was pushed away, the sheets were white as new, and the towels were neatly folded and with a faint fragrance. The most pleasant surprise is that the room has been cleaned again every day, and even the charger I put is carefully arranged. The breakfast is rich in variety, the chef will also make omelets according to the needs, and the service staff will take away the empty plate in time. When I checked out, I also asked about the feeling of staying. This detailed service really makes people want to live again immediately! Highly recommended to friends who have requirements ～

An Unforgettable Stay – Perfect in Every Way! Our stay at Xi’an Guangcheng Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and we were even offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning city view.   The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like the high-quality toiletries and the daily housekeeping service.   The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of options. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, with fresh pastries, made-to-order omelets, and a wide selection of fruits and juices.   Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t have been better. It was within walking distance of major attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The concierge was also very helpful in recommending local activities and arranging transportation for us.   What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive. A special shout-out to Ms. Zhang at front desk who made our stay extra memorable with their warmth and attention to detail.   We can’t recommend Xi’an Guangcheng Hotel enough and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Xi’an, China!

The hotel was great. It's location was very close to the city wall. The staff were really nice and kind. The room was clean. One thing for the hotel to improve: isn't better to completely separate the toilet from the corridor? I mean, of course it has a door, but it is open in the top of the door, and the door of toilet is not completely confined (So you can hear anything and smell anything😅.) Other than that, this hotel is great and if I come back to Xian, I will book it again. I also recommend this hotel for sure.
