Regarding the showerhead's inability to be fixed and the outdated and inadequate facilities, we will arrange for repairs and upgrades as soon as possible. Children's toiletries are provided in family rooms; other rooms can be picked up at the hotel reception upon check-in. Regarding service, the self-pickup of takeout and the lack of assistance with luggage did cause you inconvenience. We have strengthened staff training, clarified service responsibilities, and ensured that we provide guests with timely luggage handling and takeout delivery services.
