We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The direct airport pick-up service was a fantastic convenience. The hotel's cleanliness, ambiance, and the staff's exceptional service attitude were all top-notch. Our child was absolutely thrilled watching all the colorful planes soaring into the sky! A special mention goes to the lovely and incredibly welcoming young lady at the lobby's tea counter, whose tea comes from their very own factory.

This hotel stay for my business trip truly exceeded all expectations. I had initially braced myself for the typical unaccommodating service of a large, local state-owned hotel, but Seven at the front desk handled my check-in and check-out with such professionalism that I questioned if I had accidentally booked an international brand. I rushed out for my business trip and completely forgot my charger, but the housekeeping team was incredibly thoughtful and lent me one for two days. Having not packed enough clothes for my trip, the self-service laundry room proved to be a lifesaver – it was impeccably clean and well-equipped, meeting all my needs. The room was spotless, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the hotel's location offers easy access to anywhere on Xiamen Island. The only minor downside is the scarcity of dining options directly around the hotel. I chose to have dinner at the hotel's buffet; while the food wasn't particularly gourmet, for a Xiamen hotel buffet at just 81 RMB, you really can't complain – it's an absolute steal! All in all, a truly fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

I just stay a night, no complaint on this hotel because they had shuttle service go and return to Xiamen International Airport. Only service a bit weak is air cond is too hot. If one day trip can choose this hotel because location is good. And they also had upgrade my room. Thanks for the receiptionist!

Arrived at the airport at midnight, and the hotel promptly arranged for a pickup. Check-in was very smooth. They even upgraded us to a room with an airplane view, which the kids absolutely loved! Our stay experience was excellent, and it offered great value for money. We will definitely stay here again next time we fly to Xiamen.

I had a 7:30 AM flight the next morning. While the hotel's airport shuttle service was expected, what truly went above and beyond was their assistance with airline seat selection and check-in. What's more, fearing we wouldn't have enough time, they even packed breakfast for my entire family. This level of service is simply unparalleled. My sincerest thanks to all the hotel staff! This is already my second or third stay here, and as always, I'm thoroughly satisfied.

Absolutely wonderful! Our trip to Xiamen with the kids had been a bit rough, and we weren't having the best time. However, this hotel we chose for our return journey completely turned things around – it was absolutely superb! We arrived early, played some table tennis, and the kids loved the indoor playground. Most importantly, the cleanliness was top-notch; our room was spotlessly clean and tidy, featuring a well-designed bathroom with separate wet and dry zones. Breakfast was also fantastic, and children ate for free!

To make it easy for my little plane spotter to watch and photograph planes, I specifically booked a runway view room, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The hotel's location is superb for aviation enthusiasts, offering unobstructed views of the terminal, runway, apron, and hangars. My child was absolutely thrilled the moment we stepped into the room. Additionally, the hotel facilities are excellent; the gym and swimming pool are both great and definitely worth recommending. Finally, a special shout-out to the hotel shuttle driver and the front desk staff. After checking out and boarding our flight, we realized my child's watch had been left on the shuttle. Thanks to the prompt and dedicated assistance from the front desk staff and the shuttle driver, they successfully located it and arranged to have it mailed back to our home. Truly exemplary service!

The hotel is split into a new building and an older one. The new building is freshly renovated but has smaller windows, while the old building's facilities aren't too dated, and its rooms are more spacious. The old building also houses a postpartum care center, but it wasn't noisy. However, the swimming pool water was very dirty, and the gym wasn't particularly clean either. Having stayed at other Baixiang hotels before, I was quite disappointed with this one.

I decided to book this hotel after reading its excellent reviews. The location is superb, very close to Shantang Street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Upon checking in, I found it truly fantastic. We arrived in Suzhou quite early that day, so we were able to park our car and store our luggage before check-in. When we finally checked in after lunch, the front desk even upgraded my room! All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Suzhou!

I took my mom on a trip, and this hotel was absolutely fantastic! We arrived in Xiamen around 11 PM, and I had arranged airport pick-up with the hotel two days in advance. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. A huge thanks to the front desk team – they were so pleasant and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and fresh. Ambiance: Despite being located near the airport, there was absolutely no noise. Coming back from an international trip, we really needed a good night's sleep, and this hotel allowed us to rest perfectly all night long.

My flight landed at 12:30 AM, and the hotel shuttle was already waiting. An extra person ended up joining us for the ride, and when we inquired about an additional charge, they kindly offered it for free. Upon arriving at the hotel, our package only included breakfast for one. We asked to add three more servings, and to our delight, they generously provided three complimentary servings. Very thoughtful of them! Stepping into the room, we were pleasantly surprised. It was very spacious and even came with a refrigerator. This was perfect for our picky eater child, as we could store some of their favorite snacks to prevent morning hunger. I had read some negative reviews about the cleanliness, so I gave it a thorough check myself. While the room did show its age, it was impeccably clean with no damage or wear whatsoever. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. To stay in a five-star hotel like this for less than 400 [currency unit implied] is fantastic value for money. In the mornings, you can enjoy a stroll through the beautiful gardens or take a refreshing swim. Our room wasn't in the main building, so it was a 5-minute walk to the restaurant. However, if you preferred not to walk, you could always call for a golf cart pickup. The hotel had mosquito repellent devices placed everywhere, and surprisingly, there were hardly any mosquitoes. As someone with sensitive skin, I didn't get a single bite or rash during my entire stay. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, proactively assisting with luggage and always serving with a smile. Their service truly exceeded all expectations.

We picked this hotel because the hotel was located next to the airport. Everything was clean and as expected. The room had everything you need, but no additional facilities like we experienced in other hotels in China such as a bidet or a shaving set. We were dropped of at the wrong terminal by the shuttle service. As there are multiple terminals, be sure to communicate which terminal you need to go to to the driver. We received a complementary cup of coffee while we were waiting in the shuttle and tea is available in the lobby.
