"Stayed for a one-night layover - hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there aren't really any sidewalks on the way to it so it's not walkable. While we took a cheap taxi, if you contact them they will also send over a shuttle for free. As with everywhere in the area including the airport itself, English was not particularly fluent but some desk staff spoke enough that there wasn't any problem, and translation apps work well now otherwise. The room was huge and everything was clean and pleasant. Zhang was particularly helpful taking up our bags and shuttling us back and forth to the airport which is also the metro stop. Great experience."

The service details are very considerate: the waiter can help with laundry, which is very friendly to business travelers; not only is the parking space free, but car covers and car clothes are also provided, making parking worry-free~ The accommodation experience is full: the room is comfortable and clean, the toiletries are comfortable to use, the air conditioning cools quickly, and it is a complete ”lying flat” stay experience! The surrounding convenience is amazing: there is a food street outside, which is a delight for foodies; it is close to the airport and there is a pick-up service, so you don't have to rush to catch an early flight. This configuration really hits the travel needs!"

"Service was great. I really appreciate the service staff at the concierge who helped me, even after I have left the office and the country. There was a problem with my package delivery where the merchant refused to accept the return. She really went above and beyond to help! Room was clean and I enjoyed the swing in the room! Lots of restaurants nearby and there was a spa next door, which we unfortunately didn't have the time to go to. We had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel and the food was delicious. The free airport transfer was super convenient. Will definitely choose to stay here again!"

"The hotel boasts a superb location, with the subway station just a little over 100 meters away. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a delightful and familiar signature scent. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with meticulous attention paid to every detail. Breakfast was outstanding; they've truly gone the extra mile. The staff were incredibly proactive, warm, and always happy to help with any questions. We felt completely at home and will absolutely be returning for another stay."
