I booked a room with Helan mountain and river view , but they downgraded me with other room. They offer to give me another room in next day , but I am too lazy to change anymore. I also brought 2 set of breakfast, I am planning to get one set of breakfast to takeaway because I am a fussy eater, but they don’t let me pick the food that I like, ending up I have to throw them in the bin, because I don’t like the food that they pick. I feel so bad because I waste the food. I feel like I was being scam.

The hotel’s surrounding environment is nice, with a quite spacious park and many restaurants and shops. It is not in a shopping center, but all Yinchuan’s business centers are within easy reach of taxis.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

Wansa Realm was a goos hotel, the only downfall was that the swimmin pool was under renovation...Breakfast was amazing, would love to stay again

Atmosphere: The lobby is luxuriously decorated, and the overall quality is quite high.
