"The homestay is very design, simple and full of design thoughts, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The bedding should be zero pressure. It is very supportive. It is very safe to sleep. The shower is soft and the intelligent system is convenient. The whole homestay is an independent building with a garden. There is a sense of secluded tranquility. I was truly impressed by the details during this stay. The room was even more beautiful than the pictures, and the sunlight streaming in through the floor-to-ceiling windows was truly soothing. The bedding was soft and clean, and the complimentary dried apples were delicious. The host's thoughtfulness was evident.
🌿 The location is super convenient: a 5-minute walk to Liuxing Street Food Court, and there's a popular cafe downstairs. I slept soundly.
👩💻 Super thoughtful: They sent a detailed check-in guide in advance and recommended some local favorites (the beef noodles were incredible!). They responded to any questions quickly and were as friendly as a friend.
✓ I will definitely be back! I've already recommended it to my bestie, and I'm going to stay here again!"

"Write an evaluation for the first time in Trip.com . This is my first stop in Yining. I have been highly recommended by friends before I came, but the comfort of the environment and the enthusiasm of the boss still exceeded expectations! ! Super beautiful cabin, quiet at night to hear the sound of insects, very close to Liuxing Street, the boss will send us there, almost responsive during the stay. In addition, the boss himself is very talkative and sincere! I think this human touch is the biggest difference between a homestay and a hotel! In short, it is very recommended, and I will live here when I go to Yining in the future."

RRICHARD JOHNWe stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles.
Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

QQingmujunWe arrived at the B&B in the afternoon. As soon as we walked in, we were amazed by how beautiful it was. The owner and the people who run the B&B are a group of young people. They are very nice. When they saw us, they came over to help us with our luggage and prepared fruits for us. If we hadn't eaten too much on the way, we would have eaten it, haha. In order to give us a better experience, we upgraded to a bigger room. I thought the outside was beautiful, but it was even more beautiful inside. You can tell at a glance that it was carefully designed. It's very photogenic. It's also very comfortable and clean to stay in. The location of the B&B is very good. Turn left and walk a distance to the Folk Village Commercial Street. Turn right and walk 600m down. There is a night market in the evening. Life is very convenient and it's very quiet at night. The breakfast is also very attentive. It's also very romantic to sit in the courtyard and enjoy it~

GGuest UserIt's a B&B, not a hotel. I booked a tatami room. There was a cute little cat at the entrance. Parking is available at the entrance, and it's very close to Liuxing Street by taxi. There's a roasted whole lamb restaurant on Liuxing Street that's quite delicious. Overall, it's not bad, but I wouldn't recommend it to people who have high expectations for hotels.

LLilyDThe location is a little bit hidden in an alley, however I love how it is nestled among the local restaurants and houses, you get to see how the people live on the daily basis. Otherwise the room is clean, amenities are great too. If you are a light-sleeper, it can be a little bit noisy since it is located near houses. But overall, it is a great guesthouse if you would like a place near town as a base for your travel. The owner’s daugther though..despite my limited Mandarin, she went away and beyond to help me with literally everything from booking a bus, and communicating with a DiDi driver to mail my AirPod which I had left in the car at a different city! She arranged for it to be sent to my next location which I had book prior, ensured that the postman gave the mail to me personally by phonecall. She is one of the sweetest person I have met during my solo travel to China.

* Air conditioning cools down room quickly - room is 20/22 sq m, outside temperatures over 30°C with strong direct sunlight.
* Location. Old Town just 12 minute walk away. Passenger bus station (Sayram lake/Khorgas/ Almaty) 5 minutes. Restaurants serving beer, convenience stores, pharmacy, ice cream, coffee shops close by.
* Hotel tariff includes breakfast (fried rice, egg, vegetables, toast, jam cake

* Laundry facility.
* Cleaning service staff keep rooms neat and tidy and replenish free water.
Overall, given the hugh quality furnishings and range of amenities being offered, represents outstanding value for money. Enjoyed my stay in Illi Kazak prefecture and highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThis homestay experience was really great! As soon as I entered the room, I was attracted by the warm decoration. The sheets have a light fragrance and are super comfortable to sleep on. The room is fully equipped with all kinds of facilities, which is very considerate. The landlord was warm and thoughtful. He patiently introduced us to interesting places in the surrounding area and helped us plan the itinerary, which saved us a lot of detours. Here, you feel as comfortable as at home. The location is also amazing. It is right in the Kazanchi scenic area, making travel very convenient. There are also many specialty snack shops and convenience stores around, which gives it a strong sense of life.
The room and the yard also have ethnic characteristics, which are particularly nice for taking photos. The landlord’s care can be seen in every detail. The room is spacious, bright and stylishly decorated. I had a great time living here. I will come here often and recommend it to my friends!
I will stay here again next time I come. I highly recommend it to everyone!

When I entered the room, I saw two large beds of 1.5 to 2 meters. The main thing is that the house is clean and tidy. The mattress is a latex mattress, which is very rare.
