"The room facilities were OK and clean. I bought a few tickets to Ocean Kingdom at the front desk at 10 a.m., but after entering the park and exploring for a while, it started to thunder and rain. At noon, the entire park suddenly lost power. It went out for a while, then came back on a few minutes later, and it went out again. It's unclear when the repair will be complete. This meant we couldn't do anything in the park or watch any shows, so we had to leave. The Fairy Tale Kingdom outside was even more out of place because of the power outage. I didn't even get to go inside to see what it was like. It was a complete waste of money. It was a truly disappointing day. It wasn't fun at all. I won't be back next time."

"This is a fantastic hotel where everyone provides superb service. During our stay, the hotel offered free shuttle rides to any destination, which was incredibly convenient. The hot spring environment was lovely, and the staff—especially **Li Yujiao**and **Qiu Biguang**—were exceptionally attentive and kind.
Our kids loved the infinity pool, and the surrounding views were breathtaking. The dining experience was also great, with **Zhang Qianfang** from the restaurant offering excellent service.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, from the top-notch service to the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!"

"It is very close to Qinglong Waterfall and can be reached on foot. You can walk directly to the provincial road. It is not realistic to take a taxi nearby. It is recommended to drive by yourself. Remember to ask in advance for a shower. The hot water is very slow. I wanted to take a shower at 8 o'clock in the evening, but there was no hot water until 11 o'clock. I finally gave up and went to bed. But the boss was very enthusiastic. He helped to cook porridge and boiled eggs for breakfast the next day. 4 boiled eggs and 2 servings of porridge only cost 12 yuan, which solved a big problem. Otherwise, it would be extremely difficult to have breakfast nearby. There were not many people in the scenic area during the May Day holiday."

"The hardware facilities are consistent with the graphic description, but the reservation information clearly states that there is an indoor swimming pool. When we arrived, they said that the swimming pool was closed. The disposable slippers were wet and could not be used, so they asked for two more pairs of slippers. The first time I called the customer service, they replied that there were no slippers in the room? They still needed to be delivered. I waited for an hour but no one delivered them. I called again and asked again. After a long time, someone finally came to deliver them, and they only delivered one pair. When did I have to file an application report to use disposable supplies when I checked in? Breakfast was served at 8 o'clock. It was normal for many people to come during the Chinese New Year, so it would be unreasonable if the food was not increased. After eating, I wanted the room to deliver two more bottles of water, and they said each bottle was 2 yuan. I believe that with such frugal service, the turnover of your hotel will surely flourish."

Children and adults have to sleep together, the bed will be convenient for a bigger bed, and this mattress is quite comfortable. The hot spring can adjust the water by itself, and the baby is very happy to play.
Environment: There are restaurants around, there is a convenience store in three minutes walk, it is very convenient to buy a small snack. The mountains and forests, the fog, are super beneficial to the children to restore the long-sighted reserve! And children can also run around with joy, no longer afraid of traffic, there is a waterfall scenic spot nearby, and you can also drive to play.

GGuest UserIt's been a long time since I stayed in a hotel/resort so comfortably and satisfied. The last time I felt this way was at Six Senses in Seychelles 6 years ago. This can be regarded as the second direct-operated store of Ctrip Farm. According to Manager Wang here, this store was personally selected by Mr. Liang's wife. Chixi Township, where the farm belongs, belongs to Yongtai County, Fuzhou City. The surrounding environment is so beautiful. There are mountains and water. It is very quiet at night and the air is very fresh in the morning.
There are only 11 independent rooms in the farm. We stayed in a 66-square-meter suite with a tatami living room. The overall room space is very large, with a viewing balcony and a private outdoor barbecue area. You can see rape flowers, mountains and lakes from every floor-to-ceiling window in the room. The room design is also very reasonable, simple but warm. The 2-meter big bed has the right softness and hardness, and it is very comfortable to sleep.
The farm's restaurant is really good. Ctrip must have spent a lot of effort in finding a chef. There are many farmhouse dishes and restaurants within a 15-minute drive, but they are not as comfortable and cozy as eating in the farm restaurant. The price is definitely not cheap, after all, they are taking the route of high-end resorts. Breakfast has nine-square grid and vegetarian noodles to choose from. We asked for two eggs and sweet potatoes for our fur children, and they were happy to help us. On the morning of the departure, they were specially packed in plastic bags for us to take away. There were also fermented rice balls in the evening. There were fruits and nuts in the afternoon. The coffee was freshly ground and made at the front desk, and it tasted very good. There were also enough bottled water in the room, 6 bottles, and it was replenished every day. The farm is very pet-friendly, and the fur children are also very happy to stay.
Xiao Li at the front desk is very hard-working and enthusiastic, and the service attitude is very good. He tries his best to answer and solve any problems. Manager Wang has personally inspected the attractions around Yongtai and knows them very well. He will enthusiastically introduce us to places where it is more convenient and not too tiring to take the dog.
There are some minor issues with the software and hardware, so I won't go into details. I believe Manager Wang is aware of them and has already solved them.
I'm already planning my next trip to the Ctrip Farm.

The hot spring is very good and warm, and the children don't want to come out.
The disadvantage is that there is only one toilet, and you need to go to the big room to go to the toilet in the small room. Everything else is good. Also, while enjoying the mountain view, you can also see the tombs in the distance. It doesn't matter to us. Others may want to pay attention to this if they mind.
Breakfast was delivered to the door in the morning, and the pot noodles and steamed buns were delicious. There are also general entrances for shopping by car. If you need more, you need to go 7 kilometers away. It is more convenient to drive by yourself.
