"The room is relatively clean and the space is relatively large. There is nothing around. There is no view outside the window. I can’t say that the attitude of the waiter is bad, but he speaks in a strong voice. It feels like meeting a creditor in a foreign country. Breakfast is okay, it is basically warm milk or even cold milk, which is not good for the stomach. Weigh it yourself"

"The location is good, transportation is convenient, and the service is warm. I forgot my mouse and the hotel immediately called me to ask me to go back and pick it up. The breakfast was plentiful and the price/performance ratio was excellent. The room is neat and clean, and the waiters are professional. The hotel has a good environment, you can walk in the small garden and see water birds on the river near the water."

"The environment is not bad. The room is quite big and clean. The service is good and responsive to all requests. The point is deducted for the air conditioner. I have to complain about this. It can only emit hot air. If the mode is adjusted to 18 degrees Celsius, it will also emit hot air. I asked the customer service and said it does not work. The solution was that in the end it was too hot and I couldn't bear it, so I had to ask the receptionist to bring two electric fans. This problem was solved perfectly."

"The hotel is next to an ecological park, and you can go directly to the ecological park with the room card. After dinner, there are many people running and exercising there, and there are also children's play facilities.
The room is very good and the facilities are new. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. The indoor sound insulation is also very good. There are several large shopping malls around, which is very convenient. Definitely recommend staying. I didn't have time to experience breakfast, but it seems that there is a place next to the lake where you can eat noodles, which feels very good."

KKazzy travelerZhonglian GDH Hotel - finally back after 4 years. 8 nights in room 1718 ”Deluxe Queen”, at the back. Reasonably quiet this time, probably due to the lack of traffic and fewer guests - meaning less banging doors. Very dark. Bed was actually a king size and wasn't too firm. I slept well most nights. International power points with USB ports. Adjustable and very cold aircon had no trouble in the 36C heat. Good water pressure with rain and hand showers. No bath. Some marks on the carpet and chair upholstery. Good buffet breakfast with eggs to order. Chinese bacon. Baked beans some mornings. Lots of sweet options and pastries and several types of fresh fruits such as watermelon, dragonfruit and pineapple. Automatic coffee machine coffee that was almost drinkable on a couple of mornings but mostly bad. I really enjoyed the room service shrimp fried rice on several nights and there is a new McDonald's and KFC close by. Almost no english tv channels. No smart tv.
I have stayed here many times over the last decade but this time the GDH was very quiet with me being the only westerner that I saw in the hotel on most days. Not sure if the new Marriott has caused this.
Lovely help from the customer service managers- even helping me order online food since I don't read Chinese and everything is now done by an app.
Limited internet access in Jiangsu that blocked my Gmail, even though I could download it in Zhejiang. One day my webmail was also totally blocked but mysteriously became accessible again the next.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the service was excellent. A special shout-out to the wonderful young lady at the front desk with black-rimmed glasses who was exceptionally helpful! The location is fantastic, right in the city center, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Parking is also available.

HHaiyounichengkeyiyongma？The valet service outside the hotel was excellent; I was very satisfied with the parking spot they arranged for me. The check-in process at the front desk was a bit slow, and the staff member didn't provide any welcome information or seem particularly enthusiastic. Upon arrival, there were no complimentary welcome fruits. However, after I requested them, they were promptly delivered and included Perrier water, dates, and dried cranberries. The afternoon tea and dinner at the Executive Lounge were excellent, making it completely unnecessary to go out for other meals. The hotel pool was uncrowded and had a great atmosphere. I also appreciated that the women's changing room offered a sauna and a small hot tub, both of which I enjoyed. Unfortunately, despite being on a high floor, there wasn't much of a night view. Still, the overall experience was excellent, with both the facilities and service being top-notch.

JJamèsh.I recently stayed during a business trip, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is modern, with everything feeling brand new and well-maintained. The service was impeccable— staffs were friendly and always ready to help. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me free breakfast, even though my booking didn't include it, which was a nice touch.
After long days of work, the in-house massage center was the perfect way to unwind. The therapists were skilled, and the ambiance was relaxing—definitely worth a visit!
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

GGuest UserJuzi is located in the center of Zhangjiagang, with an excellent location. Easy to get in and out, quiet in the bustle. The guys at the front desk were friendly and cute, and they even gave us breakfast coupons for the parent-child room. Rejoice!

You just need to inform the front desk of your license plate when you check in. The room is clean, tidy, spacious and bright, with complete equipment. I sent my father to stay here this time. The staff recommended a high-tech oxygen bar egg. I tried it and my father expressed satisfaction and gave it a good review.

GGuest UserI came here for an exam. The location is good. There is a shopping mall nearby and there are many places to eat. The room is quite big, but the air conditioning is not very good. It is a bit cold at night. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs. If you order takeout, you can go downstairs to get it. There is a good wifi signal.

NNthBZThey had no hot water evenr though they claim its 24hrs. The AC didnt work, when we asked for it to be fixed we were told they couldnt. The WIFI signal was very poor and we couldnt use it. The hotel is beautiful thyr just need to improve their on amenities and service.

The breakfast has a good standard. Fresh fruits, Chinese noodles, eggs to customers choice and many more is offered. A small gym let you train a bit (could be bigger!). The restaurant is opened till 10:30pm and provides some tasty snacks when the work day lasts a bit longer and the nearby restaurants in the shopping mall are already closed. The Starbucks in the mall opens at 06:30 and is just a 7 minutes walk away.
