It definitely deserves a full five-star rating! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Check-in was super quick, they proactively helped with my luggage, and patiently explained the hotel's facilities and local attractions. Their attentiveness truly shone through in every detail. And the room? Absolutely flawless! It was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I never wanted to leave. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and sound night's sleep. The bathroom amenities were high-quality, with plenty of hot, stable water. Even the vanity mirror had soft lighting, which was incredibly convenient for applying makeup. The dining experience was equally impressive! Breakfast offered a wide variety, including freshly made hot congee, steamed buns, fresh fruit, and delicate pastries – all authentic and delicious. For dinner, we tried the hotel's signature dishes; the ingredients were fresh, portions were generous, and every bite showcased genuine effort and quality. The value for money was simply incredible! The hotel's ambiance was also very comfortable. The common areas were tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or chatting with friends. Its location is also incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. Dining, shopping, and catching a taxi nearby were all hassle-free, making getting around an absolute breeze. During check-out, the staff smilingly asked about my experience and proactively helped arrange a taxi. The entire service felt personal and made me feel as comfortable as if I were staying at a friend's house. In summary, I honestly couldn't find a single fault with anything, from the service and cleanliness to the ambiance and dining. Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The host offered incredibly attentive and personalized service, looking after us meticulously from check-in to check-out, which made us feel truly cared for and welcome. Our room was spacious and comfortable, tastefully decorated to create a cozy ambiance, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, making our stay incredibly relaxing. The host is also an excellent cook; the meals they prepared were both delicious and authentic, adding so much joy and flavor to our trip.

The homestay is very warm and beautiful. I heard from the owner that it was renovated last year. The room is also very clean. Disposable towels, bath towels, toilet mats are provided. Disposable cups and smart kettles are provided for drinking water. I really have to praise the smart kettle, which is more reliable to use than traditional kettles. When you go out for a trip, your mood will be much better if you choose the right place to stay!

Very good experience staying in this hotel. The location is about 7 minutes walk to the East Entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in Wulingyuan. All the staff were very helpful and very patient to explain to us in Wechat, how to get to the hotel as we are foreigners and not sure how to navigate around the places. They also helped us to buy entrance tickets to the National park and Charming Xiangxi Show theather tickets. They have washing machines and dryers at the top floor of the building which is very convenient to use. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk away from the restaurants, convenient stores and night markets which serves nice food and snacks. We were so grateful to the staff who helped us to buy crutches from ******* for our son who has an injury on his ankle. They also provided some kind of herbal medicine (without cost) to apply on his ankle to reduce swelling. We were amazed by the speed of the delivery of the crutches to our hotel room in less than 25 minutes. The service of ******* is really marvellous.
