I really loved this hotel. Our room was beautiful, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the hotel is right next to a lovely park. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great, conveniently located and the room was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to help us as we couldn’t speak Chinese at all. Zhangye is a beautiful place with so many natural wonders around to see. I highly recommend.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very kind, polite and super helpful. We enjoyed our two nights stay here.

On baidu map, it says that from Zhangye railway station to the hotel is about 3 km but when actually navigating my way over while carrying a luggage, it was so much further than I'd expect because Zhnagye's road and traffic are quite chaotic. Many traffic lights aren't even in operation and there are quite a few (3 I think) t+junctions that pedestrian have to cross via the underpass. The cars doesn't quite obey the traffic lights, so be careful and cautious. For the hotel itself, it's definitely one of my favorite overall, out of my 3 hotel stays during my trip. According to the receptionist I was offered a room upgrade, so thank you! There were also lots of free treats evertime I cleared it, so thank you again! Love especially the red dates yogurt, it's definitely a must try (although they were 2-3days after expiry). I even went out to the grocery to get more! Regarding the amenities, the air conditioner works but can't be controlled. Tried setting temp to 5 degree Celsius (lowest settings) and 30 degree celcius (highest setting), both doesn't work. It seems like it is fixed to room temp +/- a few degrees based on the temp outdoor. One of the day I had sunburn and wanted to cool off but due to how the temp was determined, I have no choice but to sweat it out. Other than that, the tap water here had very visible residue that you can tell that it isn't clear, so I really recommend not using it for drinking water boiled or not. Aon my last day, I wanted to try the bathtub but when I turned on the tap, I had a shock. The water that came out was brown, so I cancelled my initial plan of using it for relaxation 😕. There is also a humidifier provided and I am super grateful for that, however the water ran out on the 2nd day and I can't seem to fill it up correctly. The toilet bowl is also a smart toilet bowl, but I didn't realized it after closer inspection while trying to find how to flush. Lastly, I was so looking forward to the stars celling but it's kinda sad that you can't turn it on on its own without having the other lights turned on as well. Which honestly defeats the purpose of having a star gazing celling.

The hotel room is very clean and spacious, located few minutes away from the gaotei station. Staff are attentive and friendly. They prepared lots of snacks in the room for us to enjoy. The stay was undoubtedly pleasant, highly recommended.

A very good tourist hotel. Not in city centre but located in a quiet community. Only 10 minutes drive to the centre and hire car fare is about 10 yuan. The room is spacious and breakfast is good. Free pick-up laundry service.

The room is big, parking is convenient, there is a new supermarket, McDonald's, Starbucks nearby, there seems to be mosquitoes in the room Welcome fruit: Yes, not bad, Facilities: The bed is clean and comfortable!

It can be said that this is the most satisfactory hotel I stayed in on the way to the west. Both the hotel hardware facilities and service attitude are very good. The price is cheap and the cost performance is very high. It’s just that every time I drive out, the security guard has to open the door manually, which is a bit inconvenient.

Advantages: The room is large, with disposable face towels and parking. Disadvantages: The carpet is obviously oily in terms of hygiene. The air conditioner in the room is connected to other rooms, and you can hear the rumbling sound when others turn it on. I called the front desk to deal with it at 1 a.m., but there was no solution. People with light sleep should choose carefully. In addition, I found a green bug in the room. The sound insulation is also very poor. I don’t know which room played music in the middle of the night, and I didn’t fall asleep until 2 a.m.

The day before, I felt the hotel was good and the schedule was not so tight, so I chose to stay longer. The front desk lady also agreed to continue staying in the upgraded room type🥰 She also gave me two foot bath services Satisfied Recommended

The room is in the new district, with convenient parking and suitable for self-driving. The room is spacious and comfortable. If the room does not include breakfast, the 15 yuan is also worth it.

I have been to Zhangye for business several times and stayed here. The experience was very good and I was very satisfied! The front desk was very welcoming and there was a small sofa in the room. There is a green area under the hotel where you can take a walk.

The location is good. There is a food street about 2 kilometers away, which has special restaurants. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is good. The overall attitude of the waiters is very good.
