Absolutely horrendous! Truly awful! A complete disaster! 1. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, aloof, and impatient. From my initial phone call to check-in and even attempts to resolve issues, their attitude was consistently cold and dismissive. For a hotel costing nearly 600, the service was worse than what you'd expect from a place half the price. 2. Hotel cleanliness was substandard; dust was present in every nook and cranny. The amenities were extremely basic – no refrigerator, not even hand soap. Toiletries, like shower gel, were cheap, bulk-dispensed varieties. 3. I specifically booked this room for the 270-degree sea view. Yet, a television cabinet was inexplicably placed between the bed and the window, obstructing the view! What kind of design is this? It's utterly baffling! The room itself was also very small, and the photos must have been taken with a wide-angle lens. 4. The room's soundproofing was atrocious. Even on the 22nd floor, I could clearly hear singing from downstairs, which continued non-stop until 3 AM. When I called the front desk, their entire response consisted of two unhelpful statements: 1. 'Contact property management.' 2. 'The establishment downstairs isn't our hotel, so we can't do anything about it.' Property management was equally unhelpful, simply stating that 'they wouldn't open the door.' At 3 AM, I, the guest, had to call the police myself to resolve the situation! Both the hotel and property management were completely passive and offered zero service! This is clearly a place for people who don't care about sleeping! And despite being aware of the distress I experienced during my stay, the hotel took absolutely no follow-up action... Such a prime location, yet managed so appallingly. It's absolutely ridiculous.
