This hotel is very nice. I will be back next

Front desk is on the fourth floor. The hotel is floor 4-7 I believe. Perhaps 8. The rooms are very big. Beware if you book the “Cozy Queen” room you might get a room with no windows at all which is what we got. The rooms can sometimes smell like cigarettes but goes away with AC on. The major downside with this hotel is the thin walls. The benefit is the location is 10 min walk or so to Fu Hua Li

Considering the price I was paying, I guess it was better than my ratings, but I am quite used to staying in hotels so I don’t think this is hotel standard. I won’t stay there. 

Rollin hotel is very very nice,they have big rooms.

Good value but with a in room safe will be a big improvement

It was pretty new when we were there, so limited facilities. Overall the hotel was clean and good

-Very clean and spacious room - Easy check-in process -Pleasantly large bathroom - Modern fixtures - Bedroom backs onto next room’s living room so could hear the tv quite clearly - No fridge, so could couldn’t keep baby’s milk cold, although friendly receptionist offered their lobby fridge - No breakfast available as dining hall was still being renovated - Lack of amenities such as dressing gowns, iron etc. although coffee, water, kettle and bathroom accessories were provided - Check out stated as 12:00 although after messaging reception they said check out until 14:00 is available
