The location is good and close to attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met, especially Sandy and Evelyn. Our room was clean and spacious.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, truly oppose the boarder gateway and railway station with a connecting underground shopping mall and many good eateries. Free washing facility and detergents were provided. I was greeted by two very nice, courteous and helpful staff from Mr Ye and Ms Panda Chen. Mr Ye was very friendly to give tips and advice on where to go in Zhu Hai whereas Ms Panda was very attentive to my stay in the hotel. Kudos to both of them, they truly have made my stay a memorable one. Eventually, I extended for one more night stay in the hotel.

Despite some previous concerns I had due to a past hotel incident, after careful consideration, I still chose the Renaissance, and it turned out to be the right decision! I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you! **Praises:** I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and the entire Front Office team gave an excellent overall impression. From the moment I entered, most of the staff seemed perceptive, professional, and courteous. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the female staff member who checked me in (the one with long, radiant-looking hair). Her tone was gentle, she returned my documents with both hands, and her communication was impeccably professional and polite, truly meeting 5-star hotel standards. The male staff member with glasses standing next to her was also very good; he seemed to be a new front desk agent and appeared genuinely sincere. The female staff member with glasses nearby also made a good impression, exuding a sophisticated demeanor. This morning, I checked out and was assisted by the same female staff member who helped me yesterday. I could tell she is a person of genuinely high caliber! Yesterday around noon, the door on the 2nd floor leading to the mall was broken. Initially, I thought I couldn't figure out how to open it and even tried swiping my room card. Later, I sought help from the greeter (with a slightly plump build) standing at the entrance of the Shanhai Tower Chinese Restaurant. She initially said it should open... but then proactively walked with us to the door, and indeed, it couldn't be opened! The fact that she accompanied us there was very kind and helpful, especially since it was quite a distance. Many thanks to her again! Yesterday afternoon, I left the hotel around 2 PM, and this morning, I departed around 7 AM. The security guards at the entrance were all very pleasant and proactive in their service, even stepping forward to help close car doors. Thank you to them! **Conclusion:** The Front Office is very well managed, exhibiting a rigorous work ethic. Most staff members are perceptive and professional. The entire team seems cohesive and free of internal politics. **Drawback:** The hotel staff's name tags are extremely small, making it impossible to read their names. :) Overall, I'm very satisfied! Thank you!

Very good hotel for Solo, Family and business travelers. Excellent location with great amenities in surrounding area. The staff ( Especially Ken ) are very very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection is very good and plenty of choices. This is also a very clean hotel. 😍😍😍

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming; during check-in, they were warm and attentive, even offering a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was more spacious and brighter than I had imagined. The bedding was impeccably clean and comfortable; you could immediately feel the high quality of the mattress and pillows. The bathroom facilities were brand new, featuring abundant and consistent hot water, along with a full set of quality toiletries. What truly impressed me was the excellent soundproofing – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or other rooms, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The hotel's buffet breakfast offered a wide and diverse selection, including both Western and Asian options, all prepared with fresh ingredients and tasting delicious. The restaurant environment was elegant and spotlessly clean, and the staff promptly refilled food and cleared tables. Although the gym wasn't huge, it was well-equipped. They also boast a 24-hour self-service laundry room, a truly thoughtful amenity for long-term guests. What touched me most was the check-out experience. The front desk proactively asked if I needed assistance with a taxi and even presented me with a small souvenir. Such meticulous attention to detail made me feel the stay was truly exceptional value for money. Overall, this hotel excels in both its facilities and service quality, offering outstanding value. The next time I'm in this city for business or leisure, I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again and enthusiastically recommend it to my friends and family. Once, when the in-room TV had a minor glitch, a technician arrived to resolve it within ten minutes of my call. On another occasion, late at night, I needed ice, and room service delivered it promptly. These small, thoughtful details collectively contributed to a genuine feeling of being truly at home. Upon check-out, the front desk specifically inquired about my experience and carefully noted my suggestions. This commitment to guest feedback instills great confidence in the hotel's management. Had a wonderful four-night stay! The room was incredibly spacious and bright, equipped with new, smart facilities, and the service was very thoughtful. I initially booked for just one night, but ended up extending my stay for another three nights. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, especially the freshly made wontons – a big highlight! Afternoon tea is served daily, and I highly recommend the green grape soda – it's perfectly refreshing for summer! The lamb shank and black truffle fried rice from the teppanyaki dinner for two were also excellent. They even gave us a small gift upon departure. It was a truly delightful experience, and I'm already planning to bring my family and friends here next time.

As a long-standing five-star hotel, our overall experience was quite good. We particularly appreciated the late check-out service and the extensive breakfast. However, a couple of points were a bit disappointing: there was no complimentary welcome fruit, and upon our arrival, a female lobby manager simply glanced at us without proactively greeting us or offering assistance with our luggage. This felt somewhat below the hotel's expected service standards, and I hope for improvement. Conversely, upon our departure, a different lobby manager – who we learned was a veteran – was exceptionally friendly, bringing our stay to a rather positive conclusion.
