"I specifically chose this newly opened hotel for my business trip, and I wasn't disappointed! The biggest highlights were the free minibar and impeccable service. Let me elaborate: About the Service: Lina at the front desk checked me in quickly, proactively informed me of the hotel's newness, and thoughtfully explained the free minibar policy (which was crucial; otherwise, I probably wouldn't have even opened the refrigerator). This perk was a godsend, and I felt incredibly happy saving a small fortune.
· About the Room: As a new hotel, its biggest advantage is its ”newness.” The room was odorless, and the decor was modern and minimalist, looking clean and fresh. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the hardware and towels were all brand new.
For this price, you get such new hardware, a free minibar, and warm, attentive service; it's an excellent value. It's an excellent choice for business travelers and those seeking a new experience. Highly recommended!"

"The service is very good, the lobby is clean and tidy, and the rooms are as advertised in the pictures. The twin beds are very comfortable, and the wet and dry bathrooms are independent. The quilts and sheets are very clean, and the hair dryer is from Leifen, which is good for hair. The shampoo smells great, but there is no conditioner. There are also complimentary fruits in the room, a peach and a few small tomatoes. The service is in place. The mineral water is Jingtian. You will also be given a souvenir upon check-out, including a box of specialty wok-cakes, a small box of fruit and mineral water."

"I stayed at the hotel during my most recent trip and the overall experience was quite good. First of all, the hotel has a superior geographical location, convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. Secondly, the room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, comfortable beds and good hygiene conditions. The service staff is enthusiastic, responsive and able to meet guests' needs in a timely manner. The breakfast has rich variety and authentic taste. "I went to Zibo for a musical show at Zibo Grand Theater and Hilton Garden Inn Zibo is a perfect location which is only 5-mins walk away. The hotel is relatively new and I have booked the Premier Twin room which has more than enough room space for 3 persons staying, even after an extra tollaway bed has been added. The interior is well-furnished and well-maintained. The front desk staffs are all friendly and helpful. However, there are few facilities in the hotel especially food. There is a restaurant on the 5/F but the food list on the menu is relatively short and portion is relatively big for single traveller or a couple. Besides, no room service for food during my stay despite there is a long list of F&B menu inside the room."

MM478442****Amenities: The smart toilet was very comfortable. With the recent drop in temperature, sitting on the warm toilet seat was a real treat. The room decor was also very nice.
Cleanliness: For a newly opened hotel, there was absolutely no odor and the room was very clean.
Service: The front desk was very helpful in heating up our meals and even gave us a souvenir from Zibo upon leaving.
The price was truly affordable.

The staff was warm and warm, and they picked us up and dropped us off ╰(▔∀▔)╯🚗. They introduced the hotel's culture and rooms in detail. The styles are different. There are cliff rooms and caves. We came during the National Day holiday, and the first thing that greeted us was the beauties at the Morandi front desk. Beautiful, generous, and decent were the first impressions they gave us. They answered all our questions with a smile.
The cleanliness of the guest rooms is impressive, and every detail reflects the hotel's professionalism and high quality. The room is tidy and flawless, as if even the details have been thoroughly taken care of. A clean and tidy room makes people feel peaceful, relaxed and satisfied. Whether it is sight or smell, the cleanliness of the room can give us a unique sense of comfort, making us feel Better to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

YYayale、The 5-star rating for service goes to the ground-floor breakfast restaurant. We booked this place when traveling back to Beijing from Rizhao with our child, wanting to try Zibo barbecue. It was great for the kid, who had a lot of fun. However, for adults, getting to the hot springs was really inconvenient. First, there are no lockers for changing clothes at the hot springs, as mentioned in other negative reviews – it's like using supermarket lockers to store hotel guests' clothes. The hotel offers hot springs access but no meals included. This is the biggest bug. A hot spring ticket there is valid for 10 hours. The hot springs + buffet option costs just over 110 RMB per person, and the buffet with the hot spring ticket is all-you-can-eat at any time. Hotel guests, however, have to pay an extra 80 RMB per person for the buffet, and it's limited to 2 hours. Paying extra for a meal is one thing, but a time limit too? Since the hot springs are running a promotion, shouldn't the hotel offer a similar discount? It feels like hotel guests are just seen as fools with money. 🙄 I looked through the negative reviews on Ctrip, and I can confirm that everything people are saying is true. The only reason I didn't leave a bad review is because the staff at the ground-floor breakfast restaurant were very friendly, and the food was delicious – that was the only bright spot. 👍

The requirements are clean, safe, affordable, and close to the place I want to go. This time I drove myself and had more choices. This hotel is right next to Zhoucun Ancient City, and it is very close to walk there. The front desk helped me upgrade the room for free. It has a large window and a small bathroom. Everything else is fine. There is no feeling of depression and it is also quite clean.

RRichterThe place to stay in Zibo! We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Zibo. Room was just right with a classic setup, good hardware and solid walls to ensure great sleep. Location is excellent. The gorgeous People's Park is just a short walk away. A wonderful place to spend time. Also the famous Ba Da Ju 八大局 food street for a great time in the evening is also close by. Do not miss out on the great Zibo BBQ, many options for eating are nearby. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful when we had questions or needed help. Breakfast buffets are a big deal in China and I have to say that the one at this hotel was one of the best I've seen. A great selection of items including some rarer things like lamb soup. Very well done by all the Master Chefs. We enjoyed breakfast everyday of our stay. Zibo is a great city to visit, friendly people, tasty food and a peaceful happy vibe. We hope to return again.

GGuest UserWe stay in the tatami room and the bed was very comfortable, one of the best I have had in a Chinese hotel. The staff were very friendly. The location was great, lots to do in the area. Free parking off the street. Very reasonable price.
However, you do get what you pay for. The room was old and a little cold. The bathroom was old, although clean. We had to run the airconditioner to heat up the room, which did work well, but then it was quite dry. Overall, it was fine and what we expected the for price.

The Yuanshan Building is located in the center of the Yuanshan Scenic Area. The original mountain view can be seen in the room, with pine and cypress, and the air is fresh. North Wangboshan City, Xiaofu River from the city curved across, the city naturally divided into two parts, green trees, scattered buildings and streets along the river, highlighting the characteristics of the mountain city.
The hotel's New Year's Eve dinner is rich and affordable, cheap and good, and the service is thoughtful. Recommended!
