"The hotel is one of several in the building, located within short walking distance of Jiefangbei and plenty of shopping and restaurants. It is also walking distance to Hongyadong. I booked a cave theme room and had a good soak in the tub after a long day of travelling. I really appreciated the 24/7 free laundry room, super handy for cleaning all your clothes if you're travelling for a longer period of time."

"Stayed two nights at this hote. The hotel reception will email and provide some useful tips how to go to their hotel by metro, or didi. They also will provide some useful tips for hunting of foods around the hotel. I did follow their tips for breakfast and hot pot which were really delicious and affordable price esp the hotpot! Truly recommended. The nearest metro is Jiaovhangkou in Line 2 at exit 9. The metro has escalator therefore it is very convenient to travel with bags. It only takes around 5-8mins to reach the hotel. The hotel is sharing with the other office. You have to take the lift to level 46 where the reception is located. The hotel does not have restaurant therefore no breakfast is provided. The view from the hotel is truly beautiful especially at night. The room has a very large screen replacing the normal TV. The room is equipped with projector for viewing the TV program. At the reception areas, they provided with luggage scale to weight your luggage before boarding a flight. There are tow things I personally no feeling happy with. 1) We require a non smoking room at the non smoking floor but we were shocked to see few ladies sitting at the reception area openly smoking. Even though we were given a non smoking room but the smokes from the reception area could have leaked into our room! The hotel should be more stricter to require the smokers to smoke only at designated smoking areas or limited to the smoking floor! The second thing was the bathroom door is a sliding door which is relatively heavy and noisy when slide in and out. Besides the toilet bowl section was easily filled up with water pool if the shower curtain did not use properly and the water pool will be stagnated there as there was no water drainage at the toilet bowl area. Overall, we still have a pleasant stay at this hotel as the location is super close to the jiangfangbei and walkable to Hongya Dong. Recommended."

"Hotel was in a great location in jiefangbei which was walkable to attractions like hongyadong and raffles city, and a short ride away to others. The rooms were clean and well kept, and housekeeping was available daily. The beds and pillows provided were one of the more comfy ones I’ve experienced, even comparing to big chain hotels. The receptionist (weixing 卫星) was really friendly and thoughtful, greeted us with a smile when we arrived at 3am, helped us with receiving packages, providing iced drinks and always available for a friendly chat. A real value for money and would recommend this time anyone visiting chongqing!"

"Great hotel, the whole building was sub out to many hotel brand. Very accessible. Opposite Raffles City, there’s many great food downstair and opposite street. Subway just beside the hotel, super convenient. It’s a city full of night life, and great food. There’s many non spicy stir fried dishes available too."

"A Refreshing Upgrade ISEYA Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Flagship) I originally booked a different hotel on Trip.com, but after checking in, it just didn’t meet my expectations. So I walked over to ISEYA Panoramic Hotel, which I had also seen on Trip.com and it turned out to be the perfect decision. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, they took the time to show me different room types until I found exactly what I was looking for. That kind of flexibility and kindness really made a difference after a rough start to the day. The location is excellent, just steps from Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and in same building of a mall (Yingli International Financial Center) with lots of dining options, including a halal Turkish restaurant on the 6th floor, which was a great surprise. The room itself felt welcoming with the layout, Nespresso machine, projector with sound system, and a stunning view of the Chongqing skyline. The curtain system was thoughtful: a combination of sheer shades and blackout curtains gave me both privacy and beautiful daylight throughout the day. Tip: If you’re staying on the 59th floor, you’ll need to switch elevators on the 58th floor. not an issue, just something to note."

"Close to street food, iconic shopping areas and Shibati road! Hotel was a little difficult to find on didi and had to use a hotel next to it get the didi to get to location. Can’t remember the hotel which is in the same building"

"We visited Chongqing for a few days and stayed at Stone Hotel. The hotel shares a building with many other hotels, though Stone Hotel is much easier to access than some hotels my friends booked in the same building. It occupies levels 7 and 8 and doesn’t require changing lifts halfway (hotels in the higher levels do). We stayed in a Tatami Room which was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to open two suitcases. While there was a window, there wasn’t much of a view. Our room (and every second room in this hotel) requires going up some steps to your door. There are food options around the hotel and the hotel itself is within walking distance (15-20 minutes) or a short drive (10 minutes) to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and Hongya Cave areas. Opposite the hotel is Raffles City, a large mall with international and local brands."

"Our stay at the hotel was a really great experience. The spectacular views, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff made us really enjoy ourselves. The hotel is right next to the most vibrant locations in the city and is easy to reach. As english speakers we had no issue communicating with the staff which was friendly and kind. The room had everything we needed and it was hard leaving the great views behind and moving on."

"Perfect location to see the drone show, we watched it from our room (river view fireworks room) and they have viewing platform and glass window around in reception area to watch from. Very close to everything. Top notch service, even though they speak very little english, you can connect with them on we chat to use the translation function and they will respond immediately. They also have a translation device in reception that you can use to speak with them."

"We arrived in Chongqing in the evening. My son lost his passport at the high-speed railway station. We didn't know how to contact the relevant authorities. The receptionist on duty that day helped us coordinate with the police and the station staff. We are very grateful. I would like to give a 100/10 rating for the kindness of the receptionists who tried to help us. Moreover, The room condition was very good, clean, and fully equipped (for Thai people, there is an automatic water sprayer). The location of the accommodation is very good, close to bustling business district. We highly recommend you to stay here."
