We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

The room size was pretty good, and it's super close to Gongbei Port – you can even see it from the room! The cleaning lady was lovely; she folded our clothes and left them on the bed every day. 😂👍 We also loved the smart robot, Xiaobai 🤖. The only downside is that despite how heavy the door is, it's not very soundproof. You can hear everything quite clearly if people in the next room are talking a bit loudly 🤦‍♀️. Luckily, the front desk provided earplugs 🤷‍♀️.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids. Being able to walk to the park is a huge plus, and the overall experience was fantastic. The hotel has a large parking lot, which is excellent; we didn't have to worry about driving at all. The rooms even offer scan-to-order dining. Breakfast is very generous with a wide variety of dishes, and the taste is excellent. It offers great value for money. The food court on the first floor has various dining options, meeting basic meal needs. It's very kid-friendly, and the spaceship park is right downstairs. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay and will choose this place again next time! It's convenient, and the bathroom is spacious and grand, with a great wet/dry separation design, which made us feel very comfortable. Any questions or issues were addressed promptly and helpfully. The hotel's sailor-themed buffet breakfast had a good variety, and the food tasted great with a delicate texture. Room service for deliveries was prompt, enthusiastic, and professional, providing very thoughtful service. The front desk staff were professional and proactive during check-in, making the process quick. Check-out was also fast with no waiting. The whole process was convenient and efficient, we're satisfied and will definitely stay here again. It was a very pleasant experience. Thumbs up! The hotel has plenty of free parking. It's close to the high-speed train station and Jinwan Airport. Overall, it's great. In short, everything was outstanding, highly recommended! We'll definitely return if we get the chance!

First off, the location is excellent. The Qijiang River is just a few dozen meters from the hotel entrance, and Qijiang Park is a short walk to the right from the bridge. Crossing the Qijiang Bridge brings you to the Sun Wen West Historical and Cultural Street and Zhongshan Park. The Ferris wheel is not far away, and the bridge offers a perfect spot for night photos. Secondly, the service was great; they upgraded my room type for free as requested. Thumbs up! Finally, the room was spacious, simple, and stylish, reflecting the standard and professionalism of a brand-chain hotel.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

The location of the Hotel pretty close to the Market and have a plenty of Indian and Arabic restaurants, But there is no convenience store or coffee shops only you have to order by online. Room is pretty clean, as per the specifications zero pressure bed it’s so comfortable sleep , room is average really old , they provide toiletries, They have a Breakfast but I didn’t opt for it so I don’t have any comments on it, massage on the 4th floor is good, Gym is quite big and it’s good Overall I am pretty satisfied

Location is at the bustling Beijing Road walking street area, very convenient to shop & eat. Arrived at 4pm and room was ready. Given room at 25th floor with fantastic view. Check in was done by Lucy, very polite and helpful. She assisted me to register as 华住会 member and explained in detail the benefits and process of future bookings. Room is clean and comfortable except the pillows are too soft for our liking. Highly recommended.
