This is Jinyun Xiandu, named after Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty said, 'This is truly a city where immortals gather.' It is also the filming location for many TV shows and movies like 'The Legend of Sword and Fairy.' With green mountains and clear waters, I recommend you to come and embrace nature. It takes about a day to walk around. If you have enough time, you can stay overnight and experience it fully. 📍Location Xiandu Scenic Area, Jinyun County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province 💰Cost 1⃣️Tickets plus scenic transportation cost about 95r if you buy them a day in advance on the app. 2⃣️There is a cable car at the Dinghu Peak's Buxu Pavilion, which costs 25r for a one-way trip and 40r for a round trip. 🗻Recommended attractions 👉Dinghu Peak is the main scenic area. You can see the spectacular columnar peaks left by volcanic eruptions millions of years ago, visit the 'very imperial' Huangdi Temple, and get some good luck from the koi in the pond. It takes about 2 hours. 👉Zhutan Mountain, a popular spot for farmers leading cows, is also a filming location for many fantasy dramas. It takes about 10 minutes to check in, and there is a farmer leading a cow performance every 2 hours. There is a tea room where you can rest. 👉Ni Weng Cave, where there are cliff carvings from various dynasties and a popular rock wall library. We didn't go there due to limited time. 👉Xiandu View, a place to worship the medical doctor Zhao Bing. It is also a filming location for martial arts dramas. The Taoist temple is built against the mountain, and there is a cave on the side of the cliff. When you pass through the cave, the view suddenly opens up, which is another side of the Taoist temple. 👉Little Red Cliff, a steep cliff that resembles the Red Cliff of the Yangtze River. There are inscriptions from the Ming Dynasty on the cliff. From Xiandu View, you can walk along the path under the cliff to the inscription site. Along the way, you can enter the ancient Dragon Plow Road, a natural stone corridor on the cliff, which leads to a place several tens of meters above the ground, overlooking the farmland and lake. The scenery is beautiful. These two attractions take about 2 hours in total. Note: ➡️The scenic area is very large, suitable for walking. It is recommended to stay for a day. ➡️There are many accommodations and restaurants near Dinghu Peak. If you have time, you can go to Xuanyuan Culture Street to eat snacks. There is a special station for it. There is not much to eat near other attractions, so bring your own supplies. ➡️Don't go to Zhutan Mountain before going to Dinghu Peak. This section is a one-way road with no cars, so you have to walk 1 kilometer. ➡️Keep your tickets. They will be checked at Dinghu Peak Scenic Area and some bus stations. ➡️It takes about 1 hour to get from Jinyun West Station to Xiandu Scenic Area. Tourists need to buy tickets at the tourist center and take the scenic area bus. The advantage is that you don't have to wait for the bus and can stop and go as you please. 2⃣Public transportation: Train or high-speed rail. There is a direct bus from Jinyun West High-speed Rail Station to the scenic area, which takes about 20 minutes and costs 1.5r. The first and last buses are at 7 o'clock and 16:20. A taxi costs about 20-30r. If you can't drive, there is a bus station at each scenic spot.
