Words cannot describe how nice the owner & all the staffs. Owner helped to buy us tickets,give us Zhangjiajie National forest English map,and guide us through the forest on the map. Staffs helped us to heat our halal food. The hotel is nearby to halal restaurants by foot,near to attractions (East Gate),massage center & shops. Hotel offered free ride from and to East Gate. The hotel has river view and we get to have breakfast by the river. Our room also has balcony.

Very friendly staff. Location is right on the riverside, slightly away from the main bridge area. Good view. We had three queen bedroom which was very comfortable. Received one complimentary traditional dress for 2 hours which was a bonus. No breakfast at the property though. No in-room refrigerator if that matters.

I don’t really have much pictures, but the hotel was very clean, the air con and everything else was working perfectly fine. The best thing about this hotel was how kind and extremely helpful the staff were, held my luggage, came back to tell them I’ll take a little longer and eating nearby. They gave me a portable charger. And they planned a full itinerary to enable me to complete Grand Canyon Park, Tienmanshan, and the National Forest park in 2 days. Only thing to note, is that the rooms usually have 2 beds minimum so it’s perfect for groups.

This hotel is worth every cent, the rooms are clean and tidy with beautiful decor. It is nicely located close to the entrance of the town and provides an amazing view to the waterfalls. I would totally recommend a visit to this place; The best part was how helpful and attentive the staff is providing ease to schedule transport to and fro the station, notes about the town and helping carry all the luggage

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with planning activities and handling bookings. They were consistently responsive to all our enquiries, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The location was exactly as described—peacefully situated near the forest, offering a relaxing and natural setting. One area for improvement would be the availability of more vegetarian-friendly food options. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely book here again when revisiting the area.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the location is superb, right near Huangxing Square. It's incredibly convenient for visiting all the attractions in Changsha. The hotel staff are also very warm and attentive. Plus, they offer a 'super-long-stay' breakfast that's served until 11:00 AM, which is a blessing for anyone who loves to sleep in! I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Changsha!

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's right across from the shuttle bus stop to the mountain gate and the cable car down the mountain. There's also a Cha Yan Yue Se (tea shop) right outside, and a Ba Wang Cha Ji (another tea shop) and McDonald's not far away. I drove here, and the hotel offers free parking, both above ground and underground. You just need to scan a QR code at the front desk when you leave. The staff are professional and enthusiastic. The front desk even offers free shared hiking poles and fans for guests to take, and there's complimentary lemonade and tea in the lobby. If you order takeout, a robot can deliver it to your room. There's also a self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The accommodations were fantastic; the front desk staff even upgraded my room for free. Hilton's brand truly lives up to its reputation, and there were many international guests. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, with a rich variety, and the quality was excellent. A staff member even kindly reminded me to eat a good breakfast before heading up the mountain! It was a truly wonderful stay.

This Atour S hotel blew me away! 🌟 First off, the location is unbeatable, right in the city center. The room was clean and tidy, and the 65-inch TV with screen casting was fantastic. The mattress and pillows (Deep Sleep Pillow Pro) provided excellent support, ensuring I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were professional and enthusiastic, always ready to assist. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a 24-hour gym and laundry room – so practical for business travelers or tourists. It's also close to the subway, making getting around very convenient. Overall, the experience was great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!

This is a wonderful hotel! It's located in the center of the ancient city. The view from the balcony is stunning. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere. The girls at the reception and the main lady are always happy to help you with anything you need. They arranged a transfer from the train station and found a driver to take us to the hotel. We then arranged for the driver to take us to Tongren Airport the next day. A little about the driver: Reliability, good attitude, quick response, and a reasonable price for the service. About the room: Very beautiful interior and design. Clean and snow-white bed linens, soft pillows, and comfortable beds. Good plumbing in the bathroom. There are rubber slippers. The shower has good water pressure and excellent towels. Hotels in the ancient city usually provide disposable towels, but this hotel had regular, good towels. I was very happy about this. 😊 The tea area and balcony access are separate, aesthetic spaces for enjoying the atmosphere of the ancient city and immersing yourself in the culture. A tip for travelers with sensitive hearing: stay out late and enjoy the night views, and use earplugs before bed. The hotel is located in the center of the ancient city, so be aware that there are many cafes nearby with loud music—an integral part of the evening atmosphere. Our room was on the 4th floor. There is no elevator, like many hotels located on both sides of the river. This is a unique and exclusive feature of this place. We knew about this, and it wasn't a problem for us. I recommend this hotel!

Exceptional Stay! Beautiful, Spotless Hotel and Unmatched Hospitality Our stay at the Sulv Lianhua Hotel was absolutely perfect, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality we received. A special, heartfelt thank you to Qing Qing, who went above and beyond to make our trip memorable! She greeted us with a wonderful room upgrade to an incredibly beautiful, traditionally styled room that we fell in love with instantly. As someone who is very sensitive to odors, I was incredibly impressed by how clean the room was—there was absolutely no smell at all. Many hotels, especially in historic areas, struggle with a sewage smell, but this hotel was perfectly fresh and spotless. Throughout our stay, Qing Qing was exceptionally responsive to every single question we had. She even helped us arrange a free ride to the station and kindly granted us a late check-out, which made our departure entirely stress-free. Fenghuang itself is magical—the town is so vibrant, and the views at night are absolutely stunning. We cannot thank Qing Qing and the hotel enough. Highly, highly recommend!
