We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Baoji. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city and the river . The hotel's location is excellent for both sightseeing and business . A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. In fact, all the staff were remarkably attentive and professional throughout our stay . The facilities, including the indoor pool and the sky bar on the 40th floor, were top-notch . A truly wonderful experience and probably the best hotel in the city!

This was my second stay here, and this time I brought my parents to Xi'an. I specifically chose a hotel near the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City so we could immerse ourselves in the ancient charm of Xi'an while still enjoying modern conveniences. The Westin, with its unique location, was undoubtedly the best choice. The hotel is at the northern end of the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, facing the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, just a two-minute walk away. You can easily step out into the bustling city or retreat into quiet comfort. It's less than 1 km from the Furong Garden, about a 20-minute taxi ride to Yongning Gate, and a 45-minute drive to the airport if there's no traffic. The breakfast offers a rich selection of both local Xi'an specialties and Western pastries. The Chinese restaurant has great food and ambiance, though it doesn't serve Shaanxi cuisine. For authentic Shaanxi dishes, you can walk to Xi'an Restaurant in just two minutes from the hotel. This is one of the few hotels in the area with a swimming pool. While it's a bit small, the overall facilities are excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the Qujiang Art Museum on the hotel's second basement level. It's supposedly owned by the hotel, and the collection is quite exquisite.

Super convenient! You can go directly from the hotel to check in your luggage and go through security at the airport! A huge thank you to hotel staff member Wang Chuang. I was rushing for my flight and left my work phone in the room. He immediately went upstairs and quickly found it for me. But I had already passed security, so he then immediately sent it via SF Express to my home! Such incredible efficiency. Next time I come to Xi'an, I will definitely stay here again!

For travelers with a packed daily itinerary, this is a fantastic starting point. The breakfast was also very substantial. Rooms (Solid): Although the room types retain the classic style of an established five-star hotel, they are exceptionally well-maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were convenient. I particularly want to commend the hot water supply, which was abundant and stable – crucial for muscle relaxation and fatigue recovery after an intense day of travel. Gym (Pleasant Surprise): When passing by, I noticed the equipment was very comprehensive and professional, and exceptionally well-maintained. This is a huge bonus for guests who maintain a fitness routine, though unfortunately, my itinerary was too packed to experience it this time. Service (Professional): Demonstrated Hilton's consistently high standards, with highly professional and responsive staff. ⚠️ Avoid This (Important): I strongly advise against the “Suyue SPA” on the third floor, which is independently operated. I tried a 597 RMB “Maldivian-style” treatment, and the experience was truly terrible. As someone who frequently enjoys spa experiences at top-tier hotels in the Maldives and Bali, I found the techniques here to be extremely unprofessional, completely lacking the expected quality, procedural standards, and stress-relieving effects. I recommend that guests who value spa quality avoid this place and not waste their time here.

A perfect experience for a family trip. The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Han River, integrated with Tianhan Park, and has a very good environment The hotel service is first-class, the facilities are very new, and it feels very high-end The breakfast is very good, the hot rice noodles are a must, I ate bowl after bowl until I couldn't eat anymore, it's much better than eating out There is a 30 yuan noodle buffet for lunch, which is amazing! Every kind of noodle is delicious, oil splash, pulled noodles, the children ate bowl after bowl, amazing! Next time I come to Hanzhong, I will stay here again

I originally came for the hotel's ambiance and value, but I was truly touched by the service from the lovely Miss Grape Apple at the front desk! Her smile was so comforting during check-in, and she patiently explained local attractions. She even remembered my casual mention of wanting a hot drink and proactively brought me a freshly brewed goji berry and red date tea. True sincerity is in the details! She was super efficient, completing my check-in in just a few minutes, thoughtfully showed me where the elevator was, and even personally escorted me to my room with some snacks. When I checked out, she kindly helped with my luggage and genuinely wished me a safe journey. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! You can tell from the front desk service alone that the stay was excellent.

This is a fantastic hotel with an excellent location and really large, spacious rooms. It's right next to the famous Bell Tower district, which has amazing food options. The hotel service is also top-notch; they're always happy to help. A special shout-out to Manager Xiao Hua for her incredibly thoughtful service. And the cleaning auntie on the third floor is super polite, keeps everything spotless, and maintains a respectful distance, which makes for a very comfortable stay. My only minor suggestion would be to change the room diffuser scent; it's a bit overpowering and doesn't quite match Hilton's usual standard. Thankfully, when I asked for the scent to be removed for the following days, it improved things a lot.

This is a well-established five-star hotel in Xi'an, boasting an excellent location right next to Xincheng Plaza, within the ancient city walls. You can quickly cycle to the Bell and Drum Towers from here. Despite its central location, it's nestled in a very quiet, private courtyard, giving you a sense of peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Strolling through the courtyard, you can feel the profound historical changes Xi'an has undergone since the founding of the PRC. While some of the facilities inevitably show their age, you can tell they're diligently maintained. Upon arrival, an attendant will help carry your luggage to your room. The front desk staff are incredibly professional and courteous, resolving issues very quickly. Communication with Sofitel Legend Peoples Grand Hotel Xian was also seamless, and they facilitated the transfer of our luggage. I accidentally left a few items behind during check-in, but they handled the communication within minutes and had my belongings delivered to my new room at Sofitel Legend. Knowing our new room wasn't ready yet, they proactively helped with communication and offered a late check-out, making guests feel a profound sense of warmth, like coming home, especially during the New Year period. This level of service efficiency and attitude truly deserves praise. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the freshly made waffles are absolutely delicious – soft, sweet, and chewy. The only minor drawback was the crowd at breakfast during the New Year, but the tables were cleared quite promptly, and the cleaning staff worked incredibly hard.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and efficient during check-in, and her attitude was warm and patient. From guiding us in, helping with luggage, and getting us settled in the room, the whole process was so thoughtful. Knowing we were planning to hike Mount Hua, she even meticulously explained the best routes and precautions. The housekeeping auntie kept our room spotless and was quick to respond to our requests. Overall, the service was excellent, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again when we come back to Mount Hua! ✨

The hotel is conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the train station. Situated inside the Daming Palace Banquet Hall, it features a red ambient lighting along the entrance, making evening stays highly recommended. The room facilities are exactly as described on Ctrip, with a unique deconstructed style. The interior is visually appealing, and in the mornings, the bright sunshine allows you to see the nearby train tracks and the smiling faces of passengers. At night, you can fall asleep to the sound of passing trains. Recommended for those who enjoy good sleep and appreciate train and high-speed rail views.
