This stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

Xi'an Airport Hotel offers a superb experience, definitely five stars! We stayed for one night from October 6-7, and from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were impressed by their genuine hospitality. The hotel's location, just 50 meters west of Gate 322 in the T3 departure hall of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, was incredibly convenient for our early morning flight. The most pleasant surprise was that the hotel not only arranged a dedicated car to take us to the airport but also thoughtfully provided fast-track security tickets. This was incredibly useful during peak travel times and saved us a lot of time. Furthermore, the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming; whether checking in or asking questions, they were patient and thorough, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were also excellent, ensuring a comfortable and secure stay. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodation near Xi'an Airport. With such service and experience, it absolutely deserves full marks! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm at Xi'an Airport!

The hotel is very good, the ceiling is very high, I haven't had a good sleep for a long time, it's very quiet, the scenery outside is super good, the hotel is a big building, and the swimming pool is also very good! Everything is good, but it is recommended that the hotel can write a small description of the hotel facilities and restaurants and various services in a more obvious place in the room, such as the breakfast time, the swimming pool location opening hours, so that we don't have to call the front desk all the time.

The hotel service is warm and friendly, the hygiene is clean and tidy, and the rooms are cozy and spacious. The hotel's location is excellent, and the housekeeping staff are also very kind. The front desk ladies are very enthusiastic, and the room prices are very reasonable, offering great value for money! I've had more than just comfortable and pleasant stays here; it's also given me a taste of local life, which is my overall impression of this hotel. However, I do have two small suggestions: 1. There's really only one power outlet and one USB port by the bed, which isn't very convenient for phone users. 2. The air conditioning's heating effect isn't particularly good. I tried all three fan speeds, and it still wasn't very effective (it's also possible my friend and I just didn't know how to operate it, and by then it was too late to call staff to check).

A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

I had read some reviews beforehand saying the hotel had been around for a while, so I didn't have high expectations. Luckily, a related department contacted me in advance, sending the hotel's location and other relevant information, which was very thoughtful and made a great first impression. Staying for three nights, I kept thinking how glad I was to have booked this hotel. I've already recommended it to friends planning to visit Xi'an. I stayed in an executive room. Although I didn't get an upgrade, the room was spacious and very nice. The breakfast and executive lounge were great, especially the Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) and Yangrou Paomo (pita bread soaked in lamb soup) at breakfast – they were absolutely delicious! I had to have them every day. There were also plenty of Western options, which was excellent. Later, the hotel provided complimentary fruit and a late check-out. The swimming pool and gym are also a big plus. Oh, and the Longshouyuan subway station, Exit B, is right downstairs, making travel incredibly convenient. There's also the super lively Longshouyuan Night Market nearby with tons of delicious food.

This hotel is really recommended! The room is very clean and hygienic. Even the corners of the corners that are easy to ignore are cleaned in place. There is no unclean place at all, and it is especially safe to live. The bedding is also clean and comfortable, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The service is nothing to say, the staff is very good, the demand response is fast and patient, the overall stay experience is superb, I will choose this next time!

This was our first time visiting Xi'an, and we chose this homestay. Our entire family was absolutely delighted. Traveling with children, our top priorities are hygiene and quietness, and this place was not only spotlessly clean but also wonderfully peaceful. The owner was exceptional – easygoing yet thoughtful, deeply knowledgeable about traditional culture, and genuinely kind-hearted. The local recommendations they gave us were perfect for the authentic Xi'an experience we were hoping for. When we bought some local pastries for our friends, the owner was so considerate, kindly helping us store them in the kitchen fridge. In the evenings when we returned, they invited us for tea, chats, storytelling, and even introduced us to the art of incense (xiangdao). In just a few short days, we became good friends. Our child didn't want to leave and strongly insisted on staying a few more days! It was a truly happy and relaxing trip to Xi'an, offering a wonderfully carefree experience. Xi'an, we will definitely be back! And we'll absolutely stay at Guan'erjie again!

The hotel front desk staff's hello and a cup of hot drink made me feel warm immediately. The moment I opened the door and entered the room, I felt that the room was very spacious, the bed was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and neatly arranged, the bathroom was separated into three areas for washing and bathing, and there was a storage table next to it. The breakfast was very rich, of good quality and taste. I also like the decency and politeness of the restaurant waiters. In addition, parking was convenient and free.
