"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, especially with shopping areas nearby, making it easy to buy what we needed and explore around. The towels provided were a bit worn out, but they were clean and fresh, which we appreciated. The food was okay—simple and satisfying enough for a comfortable stay. We also noticed that the staff politely reminded guests not to wear slippers in the dining hall for safety purposes, which shows they care about everyone’s well-being. "Before coming, I compared almost all the hotels and guesthouses on the mountain, and Beihai stood out as having the best value for money. The room size was quite decent, and the concierge service from Xinyi was excellent – she was very knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and routes. The location is also good; it's about a 10-minute walk to Monkey Watching the Sea, which is currently the closest viewpoint for sunrise. Bright Summit is a bit further, probably a 45-minute to an hour walk for the average person. The closest to the hotel is the Yungu cable car, about a 20-minute walk, making it very convenient for going up and down the mountain. The hotel restaurant's breakfast spread was very generous, and the à la carte dinner dishes were also delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the old chicken soup – so fragrant! The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. There's also a cat named Yundou, who's plump and adorable and often wanders around the hotel entrance early in the morning. Right outside the hotel, there's also a medical station, a police station, and a coffee shop, which makes the facilities incredibly convenient. While prices on the mountain are high, it's understandable, considering all the food and drinks are carried up by porters. I hope they are compensated fairly for their hard work. Overall, it was a good experience, and the money was well spent."

The rooms are spacious and smart, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the King Koil mattress, TOTO bathroom fixtures, and the all-in-one washer/dryer. The butler-style service is warm and attentive. If you're coming to Hefei, you should definitely stay at the Binhu Fomao."

Highly recommend! My stay was perfect. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. Selina, our butler, proactively reached out the day before to coordinate, and her service was incredibly thoughtful. Upon check-in, ladies even received a pink Diana rose, which was such a lovely touch! The executive lounge and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's location next to MixC shopping mall and the museum made getting around, shopping, and visiting exhibitions super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei!

The front desk upgraded me to a bigger room with a larger bed, which was very comfortable. The service was excellent, and they even gave me a welcome gift, which was a thoughtful touch. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient; they picked me up several times, and there was also a car arranged to take me to the Huangshan mountain entrance in the morning. The vehicles were very responsive; they'd arrive within minutes of me calling. The room itself was quiet and smart, with a great view of the mountains right behind the hotel.

Our trip to Huangshan was absolutely wonderful! We even got to see the sunrise from Danxia Peak 🌅. The Xihai Hotel was great, they arranged toiletries for our child and even provided an extra duvet. The room was incredibly quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff thoughtfully gave us some shāobǐng and tea-cured tofu as a small gift, and when we checked out, they even gave us bottled water. Thank you for your thoughtful service!

Mount Huangshan is a mountain range of breathtaking beauty and rugged terrain. Maintaining a four-star hotel inside a 5A protected scenic area, where every supply — from food and bed linens to waste removal — must be carried up and down the mountain manually by workers, requires an extraordinary amount of effort and dedication. It is impossible to compare the operational cost and hard work behind a four-star hotel here with hotels in ordinary locations. Even so, this hotel provided an excellent experience in every aspect. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were always warm, welcoming, and enthusiastic. I would especially like to thank Ms. Xiao Ma at the front desk. She assisted me throughout my entire stay and helped resolve every issue I encountered, even though we had to communicate through WeChat translation. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel and sincerely hope to return one day with my family and friends. Huangshan is truly an unforgettable place.

We booked a 4-day, 3-night package through a live group deal, and it was already great value for money. To our surprise, the hotel concierge even informed us in advance that we could upgrade to a 200-square-meter villa suite – what a huge, pleasant surprise! Our private car could park directly in front of the villa. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to the restaurant, lobby, and other hotel areas, available on-call. Banyan Tree truly sets the standard for hotels; both the hardware and software are top-notch. The service attitude is excellent, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and fresh fruit and pastries are delivered daily. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. At sunset, there are special performances, and you can also enjoy a complimentary travel photography service, with three free photos per room number. From the highest point outside the lobby, you can overlook the Lucun ancient village scenic area, which makes for fantastic photos. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute drive from Hongcun and a 20-minute drive from Xidi. It's also only half an hour from Yixian East Station. This hotel comes highly recommended!

Hands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch! 1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again.

This was my first time visti Chuzhou City, mainly for a business trip. The client recommended a newly opened hotel, and I honestly didn't expect the front desk service to be this good—they even upgraded my room for free. Most importantly, the hotel is spotlessly clean, easy check in, which is the most important for me when choosing a place to stay. I'm more used to Western food, but their breakfast was surprisingly very nice. A wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. Fresh food, great taste perfect for starting the day with energy. Extra amenities: Free parking, quiet rooms with excellent soundproofing, and fast free Wi-Fi. Ideal for both business trips and vacations. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chuzhou. The hotel is very close to Chuzhou Railway Station and offers pick-up and drop-off service. They even helped with my luggage. The internet connection was smooth and reliable as well. My stay was far beyond expectations, with thoughtful details everywhere: Lobby: Elegant and spacious, with pleasant fragrance and relaxing music. It felt comfortable the moment I walked in. Room: The bedding is the best and clean I've experienced among all the hotels I've stayed in. A lovely touch: I even received a small farewell gift when checking out, so heartwarming! I had a wonderful stay at MisooHi Hotel before my trip to Huashan. What impressed me most was not only the hotel itself, but the incredible hospitality of the staff. I arrived very tired after a long journey, and the team helped me with everything: setting up WeChat, solving communication issues, answering all my questions, and making me feel welcome from the first minute. They even lent me a charger, a power bank, and an umbrella to take with me to Huashan, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel provides a shuttle service, and one evening they dropped me off at the Old City, which was very convenient. They also arranged affordable transportation directly to the Huashan shuttle bus departure point, helping me save both time and money. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. It is served on the 4th floor, where there is also a rooftop area with beautiful panoramic views of the city. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has an interesting modern design. Like many hotels in China, it is equipped with smart technology and electronic controls, which makes the stay comfortable and convenient. If I return, I would probably choose a room overlooking the pool and greenery for an even nicer view. Otherwise, everything was excellent. A special thank you to the amazing staff. Everyone was kind, patient, and always willing to help. I truly felt cared for during my stay and would happily stay here again.

We stayed during the rainy season in June. Staff was friendly and welcoming, helping guests entering with wet ponchos and shoe covers, offering tea. In terms of design, the hotel has a modern and fresh vibe, spanning six floors built on an incline and is located ~20 minutes from Danxia peak. Jackets are provided in the room closet for guests to use. Though guests come here to hike Mount Huangshan, the main area even had a retro two-player arcade gaming console featuring nostalgic games such as Streetfighter. The Chinese dinner buffet had a lot of variety. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I checked in with the intention of giving it a try, and the room I booked was a pleasant surprise. The view was stunning from the window, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. It was a truly relaxing stay. The value for money was truly excellent, and the hot springs were fantastic. With so many different pools, I could find the perfect temperature for my needs, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.
