My stay at Fave Hotel Manahan Solo was influenced by its high rating on Google, where it boasts a 4.4-star rating from 12,000 votes. Here's a breakdown of my experience:
**Positives:**
- **Affordable Prices:**
One of the major draws of this hotel is its affordability. We managed to secure a room for only IDR 411,000, which included breakfast for two. Considering the overall quality and service, this represents great value for money.
- **Breakfast:** The breakfast provided was standard and nothing out of the ordinary. While there was nothing particularly special about it, it was sufficient to start the day on a good note.
**Negatives:**
- **Towel Condition:** A significant downside was the condition of the towels provided. They appeared quite worn and had noticeable yellow stains, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
- **Limited Parking:** The parking area at the hotel is quite limited, necessitating some guests to park across the street. This could be inconvenient, especially when carrying a lot of luggage or in bad weather.
Fave Hotel Manahan Solo offers a reasonably good stay at an affordable price. Its main advantage lies in the value it provides for the cost, making it a suitable option for those looking for a budget-friendly accommodation. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve to enhance guest comfort, namely the maintenance of cleanliness standards for linen and an upgrade in parking facilities. Overall, my experience was pleasant, with minor notes for improvement in certain aspects.
Service is standard. Location is good near the train station just walk 5 minutes from train station. Recommend for business trip especially when you travel with train
The hotel is good enough for the price. The room is clean and quite spacious but not big enough. The breakfast is also good, eventhough the variety of the food is not a lot. The location is good enough but the location is near the train station, so the sound of train is quite annoying if you are sensitive enough with the sound. But overall is good.
Penginapan sangat dekat dengan mall-mall, really decent for stay... room is clean, complete with slipper, love the idea with go green and breakfast start at 6am.. What a lovely stay..
Rumah Atsiri is a resort in Tawangmangu, Central Java with a glamping concept.
You will be assisted by a guest agent during your stay at the resort and will be assisted in arranging your activity schedule while at Rumah Atsiri if you purchase additional activities.
It's always fun when you're in Solo and stay at Lor Inn Syariah. The atmosphere and facilities are very suitable for children. The food is quite delicious and varied. Every holiday season, there are quite a lot of people staying. You have to book the room well in advance if it's peak season/holiday. Overall, SATISFACTORY.. šš
thanks u/ para staff yg super ramah & helpfull.. glamping super bersih semoga bisa dijaga kebersihannya seterusnya, nyaman, pemandangannya luar biasa buka kamar lsg view gunung.. ga sabar kembali lagi šš
The hotel is 20 years old, and the hygiene and facilities are good. Although it is rated four stars, this hotel still left me with deep and good memories. It is very close to Borobudur. The breakfast and dinner are good, western style, and taste good. There is a mosque next to it. I prepared earplugs in advance for prayer at 4 o'clock in the morning, which was not affected and I got a perfect sleep.

FFajar Pambudithe place is good, the service is satisfactory, everything is clean, the parking lot is large, the price also does not squeeze the bag
NNurshahida ZainudinBooked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Spectacular view when you wake up in the morning. Breakfast spread was great for both days. There is a small playground beside their cafe that my kids could play as well. Service was awesome. Will come again if I visit Solo again.
AAnonymous UserGood room, breakfast, service, and access. Maybe, you can increase the lighting on the room, it's little bit too dark I think. But overall, it's a good job! š
DDrThe room is very small, but it's fine for a short stay. They do have a common area with free tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. However, what I didnāt like was the number of staff present during breakfast. It felt like they were watching what we ate too closely, which made me uncomfortableāalmost as if they thought we were going to steal something. It would be better if guests were made to feel more relaxed and trusted.

GGaryDLarge room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.
AAnonymous UserMy fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time itās not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didnāt work properly but I didnāt want to complain anymore as I didnāt want to change room again and again.
Booked with breakfast but they said itās too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didnāt like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even thereās only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience.
But maybe Iāll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me.

GGuest UserOne earlier stay at this hotel, I found several small insects on the floor and thought nothing much of it. But this time after waking up I discovered bites on my body, in several places (arm, leg). It was apparent to me that this was the result of bed bugs. I had heard this from someone else who stayed at this hotel, but was skeptical. Now I am not.
I am dismayed, as I had planned to stay for a week or longer at this hotel in the near future. When I spoke to the desk clerk about the bed bugs I suspected were the. cause of my bug bites he said he would alert āhousekeepingā. I told him I doubted that a change of bedding would suffice. Bed bugs are most often in the mattress, and likely need strong measures to take care of ridding the problem.
Otherwise I find the hotel very nice, with a restaurant that will accommodate my requests to alter menu items to conform to my food preferences (vegetarian). And a room refrigerator that I can use.
Staff is always very accommodating.
I hope the bed bug problem can be fully resolved.
