Convenient to travel, the room has complete facilities. In addition to other places, there is a foot massager and a sauna. There is a bathtub. Nearby is a GS25 shop. This is considered a hotel that you must choose first.

Overall it was a decent stay at the GM JS boutique especially for the price. Service and amenities were standard - staff were polite & hotel room had the basic amenities you need…there’s extra charge of 1000 KRW if you use the toiletries though, ie shampoo, toothbrush, etc… One thing we noticed when we entered though was the smoke smell, perhaps it had something to do with ventilation or pipes.. it was gone the day after. It was also quite dusty so our all allergies were definitely triggered for the first few days… it would be great if the room could be cleaner as well, there were some blotches on the wall/cabinet. In terms of location, it’s near a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, bus & subway station, which was good. If you’re planning on going around tourist areas, ie Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam, area, the location is quite far though. When we tried to take taxis back to our accommodation, some refused as they say they don’t plan to go that far… Size of the room was quite good, spacious enough for 2 people and open up your luggage. There’s a study table with chair and a small coffee table with chair. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious with a smart toilet (seat is also heated) & bidet. Would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly one & good for the price!

오랜만에 어머니와 함께하는 여행이었는데 숙소를 알아보다가 주인분이 친절하시다는 리뷰를 보고 이곳으로 정하게 되었어요. 시설이 깔끔하고 너무 좋았습니다. 주인 아주머니분이 리뷰에 적혀있으신대로 너무 친절하시고 아주머니댁에 고양이랑 강아지도 있어 같이 재밌네 놀았네요. 바베큐도 할 수 있었는데 준비도 잘해주시고 도란도란 이야기도 나누어서 즐거웠습니다. 스파시설도 물 온도 조절도 있고 거품이 나오는 위치도 나누어져있어 조절하면서 잘 즐길 수 있었어요. 내실했던 203호의 뷰도 좋아 바깥 강도 보이고 너머에 라인타고 섬으로 들어가는 사람들을 감상도 가능했었습니다. 정말 즐거웠어요!

숙소 어딜 가든 너무 예쁘고 깔끔해서 너무 좋았어요 ㅠㅠ 조용하고 잔잔한 유럽풍 분위기에서 푹 쉬었습니다 주변에 맛집도 많고 양평 시내도 가까워서 진짜 행복한 여행이었어요 ㅎㅎ 객실도 넓고 리버뷰인점도 너무 좋았고 수압이나 온수도 완전 잘나와서 거슬리는게 하나도 없었던 호텔입니다..🥹 다음에 또 방문하려고요!!!

The room is comfortable and close to the subway station. The owner is very hospitable. The location is very good. There are several food streets behind the street, with all kinds of food. There are many small supermarkets nearby.

It's close to a lively area, and there's a 24-hour convenience store right outside, which is very convenient. However, for check-in, you need to call the front desk to get the building's access code. If you don't have a phone, please be aware of this.

So good for several people to stay. It's the best to spend a good time staying together. The rooms were big, the bathroom was big, and the tables were especially spacious.

There is an entrance right on the side of the road. The entrance inside was a bit confusing at first, but it is quiet and nice. The bedding and bathroom were very clean. I wasn't scared or anything like staying alone. The coffee machine and bowl noodles on the first floor are also free. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat the ramen haha, but the iced Americano the owner gave me when I checked out was very delicious.👍 Because it's near the golf course, many players come looking for accommodation during competitions. I think I'll go again when I'm near the wall~

The parking lot is large, and the interior of the accommodation is also spacious and neatly organized. There are various sports facilities nearby, and there are many delicious restaurants within 400 meters. It is very cost-effective.

This was a great hotel. The owners and staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and it was so quiet it felt like I was the only one in the hotel. The sky train is right around the corner as well as 7-11 and other good services.
