3-Star Hotels in Southern Region, Iceland

Amazing experience ! Everything was thought through into the last detail. The private rooms are very big & modern, the beds very comfortable, and the bathroom is very stylish - the owner has a good Taste ;-) The shower has a good water power and there are many great products that one can use (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion). The common rooms are very spacious and people come there to meet each other, have a drink and play a game. And cherry on the top: there are fresh waffles for breakfast and coffee/tea... all you can eat! :-) The owner is also very friendly and happy to see his guests enjoying their stay. The best guesthouse we had so far on our trip... and we stayed already in 11. We recommend without hesitations!

The location is great, free parking near the hotel, easy self-check-in, and a gas station nearby. The room is very spacious and comfortable, with a super-soft bed and a nice bathroom. I can definitely recommend this place.

Spacious and great for cooking with a big kitchen. We used the washing machine and dryer and the toilet is nice with heated floors. The Supermarket is just across the road, this is the most important stop for everyone along this ring road. from this carpark, you can get gas and walk down to the black sand beach to take nice photos of the vik church. Highly recommend this location.

The structure and layout of Milk Factory Hotel is very simple and clear. After parking your car at the entrance of the hotel, you will see the reception to check in. The hotel's guest rooms seem to have only one floor. The restaurant area is in the middle of a circle of guest rooms. The room is in a loft layout, with upstairs and downstairs, so it is no problem for four people to stay. I found that the biggest advantage of hotels in Iceland is that they clean very carefully and cleanly. Compared with those in China, what impressed me the most was that they did not miss any dead corners when cleaning. That day my mobile phone fell into the gap between the headboard of the bed, and I had to pull open the headboard to get it. I was surprised to find that it was cleaned very cleanly. I have encountered the same thing in China. Even in a five-star hotel, you will most likely see garbage that you don't want to see in this location. The breakfast room is just ten steps away from the door of the room, where you can have breakfast, and you can make tea and coffee by opening the door. In short, it is a good hotel choice.

This was my second stay at BBS, and the overall experience was still great. The room is spacious, equipped for cooking with kitchenware, and the bathroom is also a good size. One thing to note is that the shower in the bathroom is doorless, so water easily splashes out onto the floor. Additionally, the bathroom door doesn't have a tight seal at the bottom, which can lead to water spreading. The location is excellent, close to Black Sand Beach, and Vik is less than a 10-minute drive away. The surrounding scenery is beautiful.

This was an amazing stay! Had a fabulous view of the mountains, sea and the church. Everyone was respectful of the space, with clean kitchen and bathrooms. It was very quiet at night and the rooms were immaculate and super comfortable to stay in. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay whilst on your ring road itinerary :)

The environment is great, and the hotel staff is super helpful and supportive. I really appreciate that they provide laundry service. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located in the geyser scenic area, with an excellent location and beautiful environment. You can see the geyser eruption outside the window. The light pollution is low, which is convenient for taking photos of the aurora. You need to go to the main building of the hotel next door to check in. The front desk is quite enthusiastic. Breakfast is also served in the main building, which is relatively rich in Iceland. The public area in the main building is very high-end. Some of the room pictures in the reviews on Ctrip are actually from the main building hotel, but it is impossible to upgrade you to the main building during the peak season. The room area is small, no toilet paper is provided, and the water flow for washing hands and taking a bath is small. Others are normal for Icelandic hotels.

I like it very much. There is a kitchen for cooking and shopping. You can drive 20 minutes to the small town of Selfoss to buy. Luckyly captured the aurora behind the wooden house. I have always treasured the memory of the male ticket here.

Very good, the apartment has a complete set of kitchenware and seasonings, but no pots, suitable for friends who bring their own small pots to cook
