It's the Holiday Inn after all Clean, friendly, good location, and the room had a microwave, which was convenient The only regret was that the bathroom lighting was a little dark I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm in Houston... ^^

The Front Desk is only one person in charge , also doing the shuttle picking up, so take 40 minutes waiting in the airport

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good location to 6th St, although one needs to travel to 6th Street East which is a bit of a walk. Hotel is quiet at night. One note about the AC condensation pumps - they go off with a good deal of frequency. They will provide earplugs and a white noise machine. Just an observation for those ahead of time. The hotel was quick to make sure the pump was clean.

Breakfast is small and decent and only opens in 7am, you are going to miss it if you have an early flight. The room is very big. So it's a good choice if you are looking for a hotel for a long layover at Dallas Airport.

It's an old hotel, so even though it was remodeled, I was worried when I went in. I thought it was because the lobby and reception were ordinary. Oh my goodness, the room was clean and very modern~~~ What was disappointing was the pillow, which I had not seen anywhere else in the world. Everything okay but the breakfast same thing for both days and no juice for breakfast and the reception guy was very rude he throw the pen at me and was yell this happens on Friday night doing check in time ..and the other thing no pool but besides that everything els okay I will book again if I ever go back to Dallas Tx
