Upon arrival, the staff tried to charge us an additional fee for early check-in without even checking our reservation first. In reality, our reservation had been active since the day before. The room didn't have a hairdryer. Furthermore, when we were leaving, the only elevator was out of order, so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. It's worth mentioning that the hotel offers an airport shuttle service. However, the hotel didn't respond to any of the messages we left through Trip or the emails we sent, so we were never able to arrange a pick-up. The location is good and convenient, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. I would only recommend it if you need to get to the airport quickly.

The hotel was in the best location downtown. I was able to easily find street parking next to the hotel with the city meter. I stayed Sunday and parking was free but the main entrance was locked due to construction I believe. My only “complaint” is having to access the room via another hotel, but it was manageable. I was able to walk to popular spots like 6th street in minutes and walked to the Moody Center for a concert. There were many places to visit nearby with many attractions nearby. Overall great hotel!

Great stay walking distance to the NRG Stadium and many places to eat! The hotel has a bar onsite to pregame before heading to my event! Great staff and super friendly.

For the price this is a good choice hotel. Not far from city center by foot, with a free parking, a confortable room and a swimming pool. It is just next of highway so you ear the traffic but nothing too inconvenient. To balance the river bank is just downstairs, perfect for jogging or a walk. Nice place when visiting Austin on a budget.

DF/W Airport actually has several ABCDEF terminals, and you need to take a small train between the buildings. There is a taxi stop area for pick-up on the side of the road in each terminal. The buses of each hotel are parked in the area of the purple brand Courtesy Vans, and many passengers are waiting. The body of the hotel car has the hotel name and logo printed. If you are satisfied, don't forget to stuff a little tip to the driver. They have a low base salary and rely on this to improve their lives.

It's the Holiday Inn after all Clean, friendly, good location, and the room had a microwave, which was convenient The only regret was that the bathroom lighting was a little dark I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm in Houston... ^^
