Front desk help was great and helped us move to a new room when the first one smelled like the treatment to cover up cigarette smoke. The second (ground floor) room was also nicer and seemed cleaner/newer—so, pro tip there. ‘Balcony room’ is not worth it because it overlooks a busy street and you just have one tiny elevator to get to/from the lobby and pool, which are on the ground floor. Pool water was… questionable: could not see further than 10’ underwater (with goggles)—and I wouldn’t want to risk getting this water in my eyes. (Still had fun swimming with my daughter though!) Hot tub was not hot and had no working jets. Breakfast was So-So. Typical American continental . Shuttle service good!

The Wenatchee Red Lion was an excellent budget choice. While a bit old, everything worked and the staff was very helpful and polite. The trains were a bit noisy at night, as ther train tracks are right behind the hotel. The pool and hot tub were both open and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was a decent buffet.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel location is unbeatable, the service staff is attentive & polite, the check-in procedure was efficient (no-wait). The 2 beds queen room was spacious for a family of 4. The air-conditioning was strong for the summer heat. TV channels’ reception was clear. We didn’t drive but I guess you could park your vehicle right in front of your room window. There was a complimentary shuttle bus to Westfield Southcenter. I wish the bathroom had better ventilation, other than that, it was perfect for us. Thank you!

Love this hotel. It is no frills, but they accept dogs, have a great staff, it is clean and is in a great part of town. There is not a ton of parking, but they do have some spots inside their area.

Dog friendly, parking is in a secure and video monitored lot. It’s across the street from a Dick’s Hamburgers. Great security, all doors are locked 24/7.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

Not bad, the bed is very soft. I have lived there for four or five days. Ready to live before returning home. This hotel is good and cheap and highly recommended. It was run by Koreans and it was friendly to Asians. There is a refrigerator, and you can also boil water with a coffee machine. I have a lot of stuff, a little messy, you guys can take a look

Hotel is located right downtown - right across from the Seattle Public Library, and about only 15 minute walk to Pike Place. The building is definitely on the older side/a bit dated inside - but with that being said everything seemed clean and there was no smell of mold or smoke. The staff that we interacted with were fairly friendly - if you are tech able, they do request that you check-in and check-out on the kiosks that they have (honest fairly easy system). We received 2 bottles of water in the room, which we found to be a nice touch. Our room did have a bit of a cleanliness issue (like other reviews have stated) in terms that we found hair behind the bathroom door, and the comforter-between-sheet did have some fairly long strands of hair (*************************) that either were from improper cleaning or could have been from static when cleaning (giving the benefit of the doubt). Our shower head was semi-broken and sprayed water on the ceiling (which they offered to have maintenance fix, but we were only there for one more night so didn't bother) and our bathroom door did not close (forgot to mention to staff). Overall for the price it is good, but do not go in with expectation of full-service hotel - as they do state that it would be an additional charge for housecleaning (except if you are staying for more than 7 days, then I believe then you get a complementary service). But with that being said, if you require garbage disposal, any hotel sundries, or additional towels then you can request them.

I would actually give it a 3.5. Close to the airport is about a 4. The beds were not comfortable; pillows were almost flat; could definitely hear airport noise; nothing exciting from the breakfast- just thankful there was something. The front desk staffers need some classes on customer service. No one said, thank for choosing Country Inns or welcome, how can i help; totally lacking good customer service. I liked Country Inns in Georgia but not Washington (Seattle).
