We were surprised to find such a dog-friendly beach and picnic area close to Brisbane's CBD! There are 3 different children’s parks, a cricket or football open area, a road safety education area, paths to scooter or skates, barbecue, park benches and toilets. A great place to picnic and relax in the afternoon with our dogs. Looking forward to bringing our (future) grandchildren to visit!

Brisbane’s Colmslie Beach Reserve is a nice family park area with some great gaming equipment for kids or kids of all ages. As we were children, we had a great time recently throughout the play area, a bit annoying, and had a nice barbecue with some friends in the area. Nice, quiet, clean, only a few tramps lurking in the shadows, but overall a nice place.
