Wulongtan (Five Dragon Pond) Park is located in the center of Jinan City and is only one block away from the famous Baotu Spring Scenic Spot. The Wulongtan, Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring and Pearl Spring are also called "Four Famous Springs in Jinan". In addition to the Wulongtan, there are several places of Qin Qiong's former residence, Mingshi Pavilion, Guli Pavilion, Wu Zhongqi's calligraphy and seal cutting exhibition gallery, and the site of the Shandong provincial government.
