GGuest UserDuring my recent stay at a hotel, i found the rooms to be quite comfortable and the amenities, while average, were in line with the price range. However, one issue was the missing pane in the bathroom window, which allowed mosquitoes to enter, making it less pleasant. The food provided was average in quality. Additionally, the hotel's location in a by-lane, some distance away from the main road, made it a bit inconvenient for getting around.

GGuest UserI am not happy with any service, whether it is room service or food service, there is a lot of negligence in all. Even for basic things like drinking water, if you take more than 1 liter that, you are charged. However, no hotel refuses to give drinking water. They give only 1 liter of water in a day and if you take more than that, you have to pay for it. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms and they do not have a permanent solution for that either. I stayed here for 3 days but my experience was very bad.

GGuest UserThe staff was nice and cooperative. Room is neat and clean as well. But some switch and remote was not working. The biggest concern was that sensors lock was not working so we had to open the door by manual key but sometimes that wasn't working as well. My request to the hotel team that provide better condition room.
