This hotel does something so cool and different from other hotels I’ve been to in India, they offer complimentary snacks in the evening from 5:30-6:30pm which offers you an opportunity to try local food. They also put a few snacks in your room which was a really nice touch. They also offer a complimentary foot massage each morning which is a really nice to have. The staff are incredibly nice. The best part of my room was the little balcony. The bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable though! It’s a well located hotel and about 5km from most tourist attractions and taxis are easy to come by.

the location of the hotel was right on the signal of wankhede stadium gate no 2. its a 7 or 8 storey residential building and the hotel is on just one half of third floor.. but thats not a problem at all.. very hifi building so it’s a quite place, no nonsense or nuisance (which is good). the hotel sent me an email regarding it being on a floor of a residential building and other terms and conditions of the building, but one day prior of my check in.. this should have been clarified in hotel description (or maybe i just missed it) while booking but thankfully i didnt face any problem in my 3 days of stay and all the staff were very presentable and courteous.. the reception and passage are very tidy and have lots of mirror so it feels big and not cramped, a smart move..
the rooms were big enough, quiet bright and airy, even rooms had lots of mirror (females would enjoy dressing up) the bed was comfortable for 2 people, 3rd person could easily sleep down on mattress and you would still have some space to move.. it also had a 2 seater sofa, a chair and a rocking chair apart from good storage space for your luggage.. the toilets were clean and everything was working properly.. towels were given fresh daily, body wash, shampoo and hand wash were of “dove” 👌🏼
breakfast provided was limited but tasty and sufficient. tea was good. the staff was courteous and helpful. i would surely choose this for leisure trip to mumbai

GGuest UserHotel refused to provide the room i booked as they confessed that they didn't checked booking information. However they arranged another cheaper low quality room for our stay. Overall behaviour of hotel staffs is friendly. Ambience is beautiful. Thank you.
GGuest UserRadha's Cottage is a lovely retreat, very well located at the end of the road in Matheran. It's a simple place, furnished largely with period furniture. The food is outstanding - the best I've had in 6 weeks of traveling in India.
For those who are unfamiliar with Matheran as I was, a couple pieces of information:
- The ”toy train” runs very infrequently. Be sure to get a schedule if you plan to take it from the parking.
- It's a 4.5km walk from the train station near the parking to Radha's. Don't believe the stationmaster if he tells you it's a 20 minute walk, it's an hour's walk.
- It's still another 1.5km from the train station in the village to Radha's. If you've got a bag it's probably a good idea to get some help from a porter.
- Sometimes the electricity goes out. When we stayed, these outages were brief, just a minute or 2.
- Sometimes the water in the bathroom is dark brown. This surprised us one morning. It's dirt, and cleared during the course of the day.

VviewfinderFirstly, the problem is that this hostel actually doesn't accept booking from Trip.com as they only cooperate with other booking services. I paid here non-refundable booking which has been declined by hostel staff so I had to pay again in place. My complaint to customer support here is still not replied.
Second, information about this property here is not quite correct. For example, the hostel doesn't provide free breakfast included and no any breakfast at all, there is no any option.
I don't know how this property was listed here even with option of booking instant confirmation. I never had problem with Trip.com before but this time it's just terrible case. Much disappointed ☹️
JJackHammerI was here 3 nights. This is a pretty low price for what you get. There are also many other dormitories around. Air-conditioned room with free Wi-Fi and fan in each capsule. There were cameras in the room, as well as a locker for your things. Clean linen. If you are taller than 180 cm, you will not be able to lie down here completely. There is no shampoo, shower gel or toilet paper in the bathroom. 5 minutes from Sakinaka and Asalpha metro stations. Nice staff by the way. When I was sleeping, 1000 rupees accidentally fell out of my pocket onto the floor, but the staff gave it back to me, for which I thank them. This is excellent value for money.
GGuest UserThe staff was really nice and is very willing to help you. The room was clean.
Besides being near to a beach, the area the hotel is in is not that good. Near it are a few businesses that play very loud music every day, 'till about 1.30 AM. Add to that the location near the airport with planes taking off and you're in a very noisy area.
I guess the building and rooms of the hotel once were very nice, but nowadays it exudes faded glory. Much is looking old and not well taken care of (e.g. water taps, toilet, doors, old sheets, wood). After a few days, you can get used to that, but it exudes decay.
GGuest UserAll the staff were humble and they provide good privacy and least interruption. Location is awesome. Some electrical fittings and bathroom tap leak is there but it hardly bothers your stay. Good for family and breakfast is also nice.
GGuest UserWe stayed in 3 bed, room. The room was clean and good. I would recommend this hotel if someone trying to book a hotel near victoria terminal.
つつじくんI think it was within 10 minutes on foot from Sakinaka station. The toilet shower was smelly, but I think it's reasonable because it's cheap. The bed is narrow with 3 steps, but it has a curtain so you can relax. I arrived at around 7:00 in the morning, and I was sorry to wake up the front desk person who was sleeping on the sofa at the entrance, but I was grateful that the bed was vacant and he showed me around. There is no feeling of cleanliness, but I have not seen bedbugs.
