2-Star Hotels in Managua, Nicaragua

I had booked two rooms for our family and we were really happy to have chosen Hotel Munch. It ticked all our boxes being close to airport, had parking, was refundable and had breakfast.  Of course you can’t compare it to a luxury hotel for this price but it was clean, had air condition and the staff was friendly. Don’t expect a buffet or choice, you get rice, beans and eggs but it was delicious - and the coffee was the best I had in a long time.  I wouldn’t have chosen to walk as it was a dark lane with no lighting but we had a car and did not see any suspicious people hanging around.  The only thing I missed was a hairdryer and perhaps some shampoo which isn’t really a big deal.  I would always book this hotel again.

Cons: No hot water, 1 TV channel (in spanish), trapped monkey in a cage Pros: High water pressure, high food availability, responsive desk, proper air conditioning, quiet and segregated neighborhood

The hotel is really intimate, knowing that I have to catch an early flight, I have no time to eat breakfast, and I specially prepared a light meal in advance. Let me not go to the airport hungry, thank you very much! The hotel is in the safest area of Managua. Staying and traveling are very safe,

I was tired when i arrived, The owner tried to explain too much. It was a general content such as wash the dishes if you have used them in the kitchen, but even though this is common sense, I ordered it to read it carefully. I was annoyed from check-in and tried to buy a coke, but they said they didn't accept dollar coins and only paper dollars, making it inconvenient.

The hotel is a great place for the owners and staff to make you feel like at home.
