We recently stayed at the hotel for 3 nights as a family, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. One of the highlights of our stay was the inclusion of tickets to the “Kiss of the Sea” attraction, which made our trip even more memorable and convenient. The hotel was comfortable and clean, providing a great home base for our family adventures. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area with their loved ones!

It is a quite lovely experience during my stay. The app of Mövenpick is very user friendly for any information or boardcast, like cruise. The message replied so efficient. Chocolate hour is so sweet activity at 3:30-4:30pm everyday. It would be perfect if providing water or drink during the chocolate hour. The resort provides lots of activities everyday which can join freely. It is pity that the swimming pool is maintenance until 2 Oct. The elements of Spa is a relaxed and quiet environment with jacuzzi and sauna. The room service is good taste and wait around 30 minutes. If you choose Vila to stay, the hotel provide the free buggy to pick up or drop off in the area of hotel. After check out, we can stay at MLounge for the rest and wait for the free shuttle bus to the airport at the appointed time. In my conclusion, my family and I enjoyed the 3 days in the Mövenpick Villa.
The cleanliness of the room needs improvement; we found dust and rubbish inside the room. It seems that the time of cleaning is not sufficient as there are only 2-hour between the check-in and check-out time. The gym is very small, not many facilities attract you to stay long in the hotel, but just its convenient location near the Grand World.

+ Positive: Breakfast is amazing, room is spacious, beach is nice. Swimming pool great.
Location is a bit far from closest town (Tran Hung Dao) like 40mins Grab ride. So you would spend much time inside resort if don’t want to travel out.
*** Negative: (Please READ)
- Front desk slow: 45mins wait for check-in (budget time for long check-out wait too)
- Service varies: 70% staffs below average; 10% normal; 20% good
- Islander Restaurant staffs are generally bad and treat you like fast-food patrons. They don’t want to be bothered and only likes to clean up tables
- Aura Pool restaurant staffs are POOR. Basically they don’t want to service you and pretty much enjoy chatting on their own. For example Nhyu Y, a server there was extremely condescending. Other staffs don’t feel cleaning dirty table up is in their job description and just walk away and never come back to clean (we asked a few very nicely but they don’t care)
With a nice beach location and decor it’s really a pity that visitors are thrown by services at the end.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc. The location is excellent—just a short walk to nearby shops, with a 24-hour market right behind the hotel serving excellent fresh coconut. The hotel is close to Vinpearl Safari, VinWonders, and Grand World, and offers a free shuttle to these attractions as well as to a private beach club.
There are plenty of facilities for young children, including a swimming pool with water slides, a cinema, and a kids’ club (note: the water slide is only operational from 3 pm to 5 pm). The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection, though it can get very busy and crowded. Our room was a nice size, with a balcony equipped with chairs and a table—perfect for enjoying the view of Grand World.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.
An incredibly satisfying stay from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly bellhop who promptly helped with our luggage. During check-in, the thoughtful staff offered us refreshing coconut water, a truly warm and welcoming gesture.
Our room featured modern and immaculately clean facilities. The lobby was grand and impressive, a popular spot for guests to capture memorable photos. Stepping onto our balcony, we were greeted by an unparalleled sea view, encompassing a beautiful pool, stunning architecture, and the iconic 'Kissing Bridge' directly ahead. The complimentary 'Kiss of the Sea' fireworks show was truly spectacular; we even enjoyed a second viewing from our balcony the next evening.
The hotel also handled an unexpected emergency with remarkable efficiency. When heavy rain caused water to seep from our balcony into the room, we reported it, and staff members were on the scene immediately to address it. To ensure our comfort wasn't compromised, they promptly moved us to a new room and even provided a complimentary upgrade, which we deeply appreciated. Later that afternoon, management sent up exquisite complimentary pastries along with a thoughtful apology letter. The hotel's service truly excelled, making our stay exceptionally satisfying.
The location was further up in the north but the facilities is well maintained and abundance in space. This is what a resort should be like! Windy, spacious. Though, there could have been more beach/hotel activities. The complimentary airport pick up and safari tickets was a nice touch! We enjoyed the free shuttle around grand world, safari and Vinwonders.
We choose the 2 bed rooms suite with large beds and balcony one of the room facing ocean with beautiful sunset. the view is super. The booking include 4 tickets of body massage and it’s per night ! The only recommendation iplease bring your body lotion as this is not supply by hotel .. other than that no complaint at all and for sure we will pick the same hotel of our next travel to Phu Quoc!
Location wise, it's a bit far from the main town & the airport... About half an hour away. Shuttle buses are provided to & from the airport & also to Grand World Phu Quoc. If you plan to just hang around the Northern part of Phu Quoc Island, then yes, this hotel is strategically located.
The hotel itself is 5 star! From the aesthetics, facilities & the service! Most of the staff couldn't really speak English though. Taste of the food from each restaurant varies, menu variety is very vast, there's Italian, Korean, Vietnamese & Indian cuisines.
The spa service is also spot on. I tried the 4 handed massage... That is some next level stuff.
The room itself eventhough I was placed near the elevator. I couldn't hear much noise. The rooms were really well insulated. The bed is so comfortable & the bathroom is so huge!
I really enjoyed my stay here at Sheraton Phu Quoc! Highly recommended.

1. **Location**: Located in the central part of Phu Quoc Island, it's approximately 10 kilometers from the airport. We arranged a 7-seater airport transfer through the hotel for 300,000 VND, which is about 80+ RMB. It's also about 20-30 kilometers away from Duong Dong town, the northern amusement parks, and the southern Sunset Town.
2. **Hotel Facilities**: Overall, it meets the standards of an entry-level five-star hotel. The rooms are clean, and all facilities and amenities are well-appointed. The swimming pool is also very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The king-size rooms feature a 2-meter king bed and a sofa.
3. **Beach**: We visited at the end of August, during the rainy season, and were affected by a typhoon. It rained every day, with a mix of sunny and rainy spells. The waves in the sea were quite strong, making it unsuitable for swimming. The sand on Long Beach is yellowish, similar to Yalong Bay in Sanya, but it's still quite fine and considered clean.
4. **Hotel Surroundings**: Right opposite the hotel entrance is the Sonasea Night Market, offering numerous dining and shopping options. We highly recommend Sen Vietnam Restaurant, a Vietnamese eatery where both the pho and spring rolls are delicious. A meal for six people cost about 1,000,000 VND, which is approximately 300 RMB. There's also a Korean seafood restaurant called Mr. Seafood, which offers great taste and excellent value for money. For 3,720,000 VND (equivalent to 1,100 RMB), we had: two lobsters (total 1KG, one with garlic butter sauce, one cheese-baked), 1KG large tiger prawns (half stir-fried with garlic butter, half grilled with garlic butter), 1KG crab with Singapore sauce, 1KG stir-fried squid, and 1KG cheese-baked scallops. They also included two portions of fried rice, two vegetable dishes, two boxes of fruit, and two 1-liter cans of beer. This price was only half of what we'd pay in the south, so much so that after we moved to the southern part of the island, we took a taxi back just to eat there again!
5. **Transportation**: You can use Grab for taxis, or hail a taxi directly at the hotel entrance, where prices are clearly displayed. We hired a 7-seater car for most of the day for 900,000 VND, which is about 250 RMB. A one-way trip to the south cost around 200,000 VND.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a great area: between Grand World and Vinpearl Wonderworld. The hotel is a bit old, so you can feel some humidity smell in certain areas, like the corridors, but in general, it’s quite clean and nice. The breakfast is great! There are a lot of options to choose from. We couldn’t enjoy the beach since we visited during the monsoon season, but it looked well taken care of. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses from and to the airport and other sightseeing places, such as Grand World

AAnonymous UserWe were truly touched by how family-friendly this resort is!
Our villa was ideal for traveling with kids — besides the pool that the little ones absolutely loved, it was also equipped with a water dispenser, washing machine, and dishwasher — such helpful features for moms 🥰
Every staff member we met was kind and took wonderful care of us.
Since we had an early morning flight, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a variety of breakfast items for us to enjoy at the airport — such a considerate touch!
The hotel app was super efficient and convenient — booking activities, arranging transportation, and ordering food was all quick and easy.
Big thanks to Thien, the friendly poolside staff who looked after us so well for two days!
Our kids had so much fun every day — playing chess, pickleball, frisbee, archery, and of course, lots of swimming!
The fire dance show at the beachfront restaurant was also a highlight — entertaining and memorable.
We’re already looking forward to coming back again 💕
LLisa_GThe resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service.
It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional.
There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport.
All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.
XXtinwngLocation: Seems like an up and coming new township, with easy access to some restaurants, salons, massage parlour just across the street.
Breakfast is excellent, didn’t get bored on day 4.
This township feels like a huge gated residential by the sea with long inner roads, fantastic for outdoor runs - perfect for long runs.

AA Fish Called WandererExceptional from the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff were incredibly attentive—nothing was ever too much trouble. Every detail had been carefully thought out, from the beautifully appointed room that had everything we could possibly need, to the thoughtful messages from Madame Vermont that added such a personal touch.
Little extras, like the charming pepper gift, made us feel truly valued. The hotel itself is stunning, with its elegant French colonial style, and the environment was wonderfully peaceful. The private beach, immaculate pool area, and lush gardens created a perfectly relaxing escape.
Dining at Pepper Restaurant was a highlight—the food was absolutely fantastic and beautifully presented. This trip exceeded all expectations. We can’t wait to return!
JJune Yoon YiI visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.
AAnonymous UserThe service was good but the staff's English is not enough. Everytime we had an interaction with the staff we had to keep asking what they meant, because of their English.
The pool is very big and clean, loved it. Also loved the poolbar.
The room was smaller than we expected.
The restaurants' food was super good. Loved it so much. I saw people's reviews complaining about the price, but if you have Accor+, the food is 50% off and 15% off for the beverages.
Also saw many good comments about the breakfast, but it didn't reach our expectations. (One of the things I was disappointed was that they offer one type of pho each day, rotating them, while they could have offered all of them 😅)
The hotel is a little far from the downtown, and the attractions such as the zoo and the theme park and stuff. Their shuttle bus goes to the downtown once a day at 5pm. I think they could've made a shuttle bus to go to the vinwonders and vinpearl too.
But overall, it was a nice, peaceful.
